Vincent and Melissa Aniku – Uganda

Praise Reports:
-Rainy season has finally started! We are just waiting upon God to provide seeds and
then we will start farming for the school! As the price of food continues to rise, we see
the importance.

-We received over 750 Chicks! Their breed is called layers because they lay many eggs.
Pray they grow well and give the eggs we hope for our over 900 students.

-Vincent was chosen to give a survey and interview with British officials for FUFA. He
was chosen because they said, “he looked the most sober.” We know it is because of
God. Pray that this relationship would lead to more open doors to share the gospel!

-Praise God we were able to get another 100 Bibles for students!Prayer Requests:

Please Pray:
1. Pray for the testimonies and project we are working on alongside of our precious friends
in Texas to bless the Women’s Ministry. More information to come soon.

2. Pray for the weekly men’s prayer and discipleship named “Consistent Men”. Our prayer
has been for the men to step up, consistent in the Word, grow in their love for God and
leading their homes. Just in these few weeks, we have already seen amazing growth!

3. Pray for the Children’s Camp we are planning to have during the children’s next break.

4. Pray for our upcoming baptisms. Pray for the hearts of those sharing their desire. This

In South Sudan:
Please continue to pray for the nation of South Sudan. Decades of Civil War have collapsed the economy, resulting in mass starvation and desperation. Hopelessness and violence run rampant throughout communities.
Pray for our 500 students that are being daily discipled in the love of God and His Word, so they may lead their nation into a new season of hope.

Pray for the 75 children and young adults in our children’s home and for the missionary parents that are laying down their lives to provide peace and unconditional love to these precious ones. Please pray for the new churches in the Tauso & Taposa villages. Pray that the pastors and medical staff will have the spiritual and physical tenacity to handle the countless challenges while living amongst Stone-Age tribes.

In Kenya:
Pray for the refugee students in our missionary training college in the Kakuma Refugee Camp. They are fasting and praying as they prepare to return to South Sudan to begin reaching cities across the border in North Sudan, with hopes to plant churches amongst Muslim peoples in 2020-21.

In USA:
Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs. We are in the throes of launching two new schools this year.
The first – International School, will be used in Bible Colleges as a complete missions training course.
The second – Transformation, is a cross-cultural immersion training program, equipping missionaries to assimilate into their new culture while learning the language and world view.  Pray that God would continue to empower, envision and sustain us as we seek to establish nationally led, culturally relevant, biblical-based churches among unreached peoples.

We would train in basic music theory and biblical worship, introducing the worship leaders to Christian theology. Our vision is to bring man closer to God through the Word of God and to worship Him how He wants to be worshiped. We want to help believers learn the differences between acceptable and unacceptable worship, to worship God in spirit and in truth.

10. God used us in various ministries in 2021, and we are praying and hoping that He will use us even more in the coming year. The School of Worship is going to begin in January. Please be praying for our needs.

11. Please pray that every session in the School of Worship would be helpful for the students to be edified for their personal growth in knowing Christ.

12. Please pray that our brother who is leading the youth will be filled with the Spirit of God to minister among the church youth and also the University students.

13. Please pray for another brother, a recent graduate, who has been chosen to minister along with me as a co-worker in a new church plant we will be doing. God has provided us with land to build a church. Please pray for God’s provision in the construction.

SGWM FEB PRAYER UPDATE

AFRICA

Vincent and Melissa Aniku – Uganda

Praise God:
-Our church continues to grow both in number but more importantly in relationship with Him. The church had a hard season but what is meant for evil, God uses for Good! The unity and depth of prayer that has grown in us as a church family, only God could do.

-We have begun construction on our chicken and egg project for the school! We have also finalized the purchase of the land. Once the rains start, our church will start the large-scale farming for the children, both for the health through proper diet and also for the school to become self-sustaining.

-We have resumed posting Sunday and Wednesday service on YouTube.

-West Nile TV (who often interviews Vincent, giving opportunity for open air sharing of the gospel) has come to take photos and videos of all our ministries. Lord willing, we will have our website up by March.

Prayer Requests:
1. Our boarding is over full! We should have 120 children in each boarding quarters but currently have over 140. Please pray with us as we seek God in building more dormitories.

2. The doctor found in my blood work that my body is fighting itself somehow. They have requested more blood work. As soon as we get the answers from the Lord, Vincent will come for 2 weeks then we will go back together. Through this trying time, I have learned, it is not for us to understand His mysteries but to trust in Him!

May God continue to bless those who have answered the call to bless these children this year! God’s timing is more than perfect! Photos of the chicken houses and farmland next month. For this month we just want to show you all these amazing children and what God is doing! To Him be all glory forever! We praise God for allowing us to be part of His mighty work!

Thank you for your prayers!!!!

In Him,
Aniku Family – Email Blog

Ends of the Earth Ministries

Thank you for your prayers!

Yours for the unreached, Rob Douglass – Email  Blog

The 10/40 Window

The 10/40 Window is a rectangular geographic area stretching from North Africa through the Middle East to Asia, covering 68 countries. Two-thirds of the world’s population live within the 10/40 Window.

Three out of every five people in the 10/40 Window have no access to the gospel. According to the Joshua Project, 68.6% of the 10/40 Window’s ethnic groups (5,984) are considered unreached, with a total population of 3.09 billion.

Worker 11 – 10/40 Window

Praise God:
-Thank God that God has saved us from all kinds of troubles. -Thank God about 400 people came to Christmas to hear God’s gospel and joined in the joy of God’s birthday. Went to lunch

-Thank God that in the month of December we went to about 7 new villages where the gospel of Jesus Christ had not yet reached the; we delivered the gospel and more than 5000 people heard the news and about 15 to 20 people believed.

-Thank God! Christmas time our city was attacked by many churches, but God saved us all

-Thank God that some people who were from the media at Christmas time came and interviewed our church believers but thank God they didn’t print anything against us.

Prayer Requests:
1. Please pray for us, may God protect us from viruses, cold and fever. 2. Please pray for this corona virus all the temples, mosques and churches in our city and in the village have been closed and after a few days there is going to be a complete lockdown again. In Kenya:

Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs. We are in the throes of launching two new schools this year.

Please continue to pray for the nation of South Sudan. Decades of Civil War have collapsed the economy, resulting in mass starvation and desperation. Hopelessness and violence run rampant throughout communities.

Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs. We are in the throws of launching two new schools this year.

5. Pray for me, that I will lead our believers well, and pray for my health also.

Worker 11 – 10/40 Window

Praise Report:
-Thank God that He has saved us from all kinds of evils.

-Thank God that one person publicly followed Jesus this month.

-Thank God that my father’s hand, which was fractured, healed early. God healed him very well.

-Thank God for allowing us to preach the Good News to about eight new villages this month. About 10 people accepted the Lord!

Prayer Requests:
1. Please pray that God will keep us safe and keep us safe from all kinds of danger. Kindly pray that the people in our church will remain steadfast in faith; there are many older people who were cast out from the people of their village communities, but they are still situated in the Lord. I am very pleased to see their faith.

2. Please pray for our village leader election. Pray that God will appoint a good leader who will take good care of everyone. The last time, the village leader murdered someone, and is still in jail.  Christmas is coming, and like we do every year, this year we also want to go to a new village and preach the Good News to about 10,000 people. Like last year, we want to distribute new testaments, blankets and saris, and have a Christmas lunch. If the Lord wills, He will fulfill all kinds of financial needs.

3. Please pray that God will arrange a graveyard for our church to prevent a very difficult situation in the future. People of the village are ostracizing those who believe. They will not attend their marriages or funerals. They will not allow their dead bodies to be burnt or buried in their crematoriums.

Thank you so much for your prayers, support, and partnership for the Gospel!

God bless you!

Worker 6 and Family – 10/40 Window

Prayer Requests:
1.Day by day it is becoming tough, and anti-Christian groups are growing more and more to stop the spread of the Gospel. A pastor was recently arrested here and many have been threatened not to preach the Gospel. Please pray about this.

6. Please pray for a new place for us to hold worship services. Where we are, the seats are all full and no more people would be able to fit.

7. The work of the Holy Spirit is misinterpreted in many of the churches in our state. My team and I are praying about starting a 1-month school of worship, which we would hold during our semester break.

8. Please pray for an outreach we are planning, for God’s leading and protection.

Thank you for praying.

With love in Christ,
Worker and Mrs. 6

In USA:
Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs. We are in the throws of launching two new schools this year.

Hello and God bless you for your prayers for me. It is such an honor to be prayed for. Here are my prayer request for this month:

1. We have an outbreak in our church of Covid right now. Lots of families suffering but not hospitalized so that is good. I am taking care of them the best that I can. Please pray for them that they will heal and that I do not get a bad case of Covid

2. For construction that will be soon happening here. We will be demolishing our current kitchen and replacing it with a multipurpose room that will but up to our retaining wall which is moving. Pray that the Lord continues to provide for this and that all goes well.

3. For the kids in our afterschool program. For their parents to come to faith. It is my prayer always and I do not lose hope that they will come to Christ someday

4. For more servants to minister to the kids in our Sunday school.

5. For me as I feel a little lonely at Times.

6. That my sentry pass would be renewed soon. It’s the special pass that allows me to cross the border in less time. I was told that it will take a year before they renew it, long story

Thank you again and God bless you.

8. Please pray for an outreach we are planning, for God’s leading and protection.

Thank you for praying.

With love in Christ,

We are in the throws of launching two new schools this year.

Thank you for your prayers!

Joel and Amy Garcia – California, USA

Thank you all for praying for our family, it means the world to us!

Prayer Requests:
1. Please continue to pray that the Lord would open up doors and give direction on where He would like me to travel next. I take traveling seriously, as it costs money and precious time from my family, so I want to make sure that when I do travel, it is exactly where the Lord would have me to go to minister to missionaries. So far, I have not sensed open doors from Him to any specific area.

2. Please also pray for our new batch of interns, that the Lord would direct their paths and help us leaders at SGWM to disciple them well.

3. Please pray for Amy as she navigates homeschooling 4 young kids at very different developmental stages.

In USA:
Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs. We are in the throws of launching two new schools this year.

Gary and Tina Barrow – Truckee, California

FIRST PRAISE REPORT
The only Bible College that has been able to continue to operate during this Covid pandemic is about to start another semester. It is a small handful of students this semester since we are not taking new students due to the lock downs in that country.

We have a great line up of teachers teaching through Inductive Bible Study, Genesis, Exodus, Joshua and the Gospel of John. We also have an English class along with Systematic Theology, Practical Christianity.

Please pray for this semester. Pray that the students will see Jesus and be totally transformed. Pray that they would spread the word of God’s love and Christ’s sacrifice so that country would be won for the kingdom. Please, please pray that God would bring an end to the lock downs, giving the people a break to get back to life as normal. Pray that we would be able to return to minister to the students and the other ministries next year. I long to get back there and reconnect in person with the students and staff.

SECOND PRAISE REPORT
God has been blessing Calvary Chapel Truckee and we are growing in Jesus as well as numbers. Honestly, I don’t think I have been busier, but I’m not complaining. The Lord has been doing a very special work drawing new people to our fellowship, reviving body life after being separated for so long with Covid. He is also raising up men in our fellowship to take on more of te leadership roles. Tina’s summer book study was well attended and a great blessing to the women of our church. We have also started our first life group with plans of 3-4 more next session. It’s such a blessing to just sit back and see the Lord do the things that He has been doing. It’s been such a joy to serve this church.

Please pray for strength to meet the needs of pastoring this church, as well as the wisdom and vision needed. Pray that God would continue to draw people to us that need to hear the Gospel, people who the Spirit of God has been working on. Pray that our body would grow in love, one for another, and that we would be characterized as a praying, loving, Word of God focused church.

THIRD PRAISE REPORT
Overall our family is doing very well. We’re still adjusting to a new area. The boys are working and trying to break into careers of their choosing. Please pray for open doors for them. Recently Tina and I have been sick, NOT WITH COVOD.
Please pray for healing and good health. Pray for our marriage and family in general as there are many attacks as we seek to serve the Lord faithfully and without compromise.

We are so very thankful for your prayer support. I am sorry it has been so long since I have submitted a prayer request. It’s a measure of how busy we have been. PLease feel free to email me with your prayer requests also.

God Bless you,
Gary and Tina – Email Blog
