Hello friends and family
I have amazing news! After months of praying and preparing I arrived in Mexico on Monday for the Calvary Chapel School of Missions. The Lord provided all that I needed to be able to attend the school. Thank you so much to all of you who have been praying for me, who supported me financially, and have committed to partnering with me! I so appreciate you. Many of you have already heard that I was able to join this training program this summer and that afterward I will be interning with Saving Grace World Missions. For those who are wondering what this looks like, I will be in Mexico for six weeks, being equipped and trained for full time cross-cultural missions. For those weeks we will be taught daily in the Word about the philosophy of Missions and truths essential for our success overseas. We will be hearing from experienced missionaries as well as pastors with years of experience in working as, partnering with, and sending missionaries. We are also being trained practically through a variety of outreaches, cultural immersion, prayer, and study of the Word of God to seek the Lord and His will. After this I will start my internship with Saving Grace World Missions where I will continue to be discipled and equipped to be a missionary. I will also be learning to send updates and find and build relationships with partners in the gospel who will help me to serve the Lord wherever He would send me.
The School of Missions has started and yesterday was our first day of outreach and classes here is Rosarito, Mexico. We were blessed to be able to spend time at a local outreach that feeds and loves on underprivileged kids. In this very poor part of Rosarito, Mexico we played games with the kids, did arts and crafts, had lunch with them as well as did worship, performed a skit, taught from the Bible, and gave the gospel message. Class and a time of worship and waiting on the Lord followed. The Lord has blessed me so much with this opportunity and I’m so excited to see what the Lord has planned for the next six weeks.
● Please be praying for direction of where the Lord wants me and the other students to serve as full-time missionaries.
● Pray for all those involved in the school that we will continue to diligently seek the Lord in this time.
● Please also pray for the Lord to help me to build relationships with those who will partner with me in the spreading of the gospel.
If you feel led to partner with me you can do so through the link below.
