Christmas Outreach Update
Light in the Darkness for South Asia
Because of your faithful prayers and generous support, this past Christmas season opened doors for the Gospel in places where hope is often hidden and the name of Jesus is rarely heard. While you may not be able to be the hands who served the food, or the mouths that shared the message, your partnership made it possible for the light of Christ to reach thousands across South Asia—and we want you to know how deeply grateful we are.
Through your giving, Saving Grace World Missions was able to host Christmas outreaches in 25 different locations throughout South Asia. In regions that are typically closed or resistant to the Gospel, the Christmas season uniquely provides an open door to share the message of Jesus’ birth with those hearing His name for the very first time.
Our frontline national pastors and church planters prayerfully organized Christmas programs filled with worship, dancing, a clear Gospel message, and a shared meal. They invited neighbors, families, and entire villages to come and celebrate. More than 4,000 people attended these outreaches, many stepping into a church gathering for the first time in their lives. Since then, we continue to hear testimonies of men, women, and children who have given their lives to Christ and are now attending church to grow in God’s Word.
What a joy it is to proclaim the good news of Jesus in some of the most remote and spiritually dark regions of the world—and to share the greatest gift we could ever give: JESUS.
As you read these updates, please remember that your prayers and financial support are directly helping bring people out of darkness and into the hope found only in Christ. Though you may not stand on the front lines, you are absolutely a part of what God is doing.
“Let us continue to pray for every person who attended a Christmas outreach—that they would desire to know more about Jesus and what it means to have a personal relationship with the Savior of the world.”
— Heather Gaona, Director of National Workers

Open-Air Outreach: Boldness Through God’s Strength
By God’s grace, we were able to conduct open-air outreaches in several locations during the Christmas season. In some areas, this was the first time such a gathering had ever taken place. Naturally, there was fear and uncertainty, but the Lord strengthened us and gave us courage and boldness to proclaim His Word.
In many places, not everyone joined openly. Some listened from a distance, while others quietly recorded the messages on their phones. These moments revealed the deep spiritual hunger that exists among the people. Through these outreaches, we were not only able to share the message of salvation but also to offer living hope in the name of Jesus Christ. We are now prayerfully planning follow-up visits so that those who heard may continue to grow in faith.

Serving in One of the Most Persecuted States in South Asia
I carried a strong burden in my heart to hold a Christmas outreach this year, and God did not leave us alone. By His grace, we received a small amount of support that allowed us to provide refreshments for about 300 people, many of whom were attending a Christmas celebration for the first time in their lives. With offerings collected from longtime believers (these believers are very poor and this was a great sacrifice for them), we were also able to arrange a simple but joyful lunch for everyone.
The most beautiful part of this celebration was seeing precious souls accept Jesus Christ. Their lives were touched in a powerful way, and their testimonies are deeply moving.
With a humble heart, I ask that you please continue to pray for us and stand with us as the Lord enables, so that we may keep reaching the unreached and forgotten villages with the love of Christ.
Thank you for walking with us through prayer and support.
Rescuing Those in Slavery

In Pakistan today, millions of men, women, and children are trapped in modern-day slavery, most commonly through a system known as debt bondage. This is especially widespread in the brick-making industry, where families take small loans to survive—often for food, medical care, or emergencies—only to find themselves unable to repay them. As a result, entire families are forced to work long hours in brick kilns under harsh conditions, with little or no wages. Tragically, these debts are frequently passed down from one generation to the next, meaning children are born into slavery and begin working alongside their parents at a very young age. Many families remain trapped in this cycle for decades, with no education, no freedom, and little hope of escape. Yet even in this deep darkness, God is at work—bringing freedom, dignity, and the hope of the Gospel through faithful ministry and compassionate intervention.
In recent years, the Lord has used Pastor Nadeem, one of our national church planters in South Asia, to help Saving Grace World Missions and our partners come to the rescue of dozens of families enslaved in brick kilns. Just last month, one of our partners traveled to South Asia to join Pastor Nadeem and personally witness the joyful moment when 31 families were set free. By delivering a financial gift, their debts were paid in full, ending years of slavery. We rejoice that God allowed us to play a small part in this powerful step of faith, and we look forward with hope to future opportunities to bring freedom and restoration to these precious souls. Many of those rescued are already believers, and Pastor Nadeem continues to strengthen their faith and encourage them in the Lord. In addition to their freedom, these families are provided a path toward a new beginning through sustainable employment—often helping them transition into work such as taxi driving—along with ongoing discipleship and connection to local churches and pastors for continued spiritual growth.
Please continue to pray for this endeavor as we continue to partner with Families Set Free ministry and looking for more opportunities to help entire families be set free from slavery and love them all the way through the process. If you would like to get involved with helping set free families from the brick kiln slavery, you can follow the link below to give, or call our SGWM office for more info. We are hoping to reach 100’s of more families through this incredible ministry.

The Incredible Work God is Doing in Mexico

Twenty-three years ago, Pastor Mike Vincent, his wife Sarah, and their two young children were prayed for by their sending church, Calvary Chapel Saving Grace, and stepped out in faith—leaving their home in Yorba Linda, California to follow the Lord’s calling to Rosarito, Mexico. What began as a small team taking over a modest church plant was an act of obedience that only God could have envisioned using to impact hundreds of lives and ignite a powerful movement of church planting all over Mexico and beyond. With a simple desire to preach the Word, share the gospel, and make disciples, they trusted the Lord to do what only He can do.
Today, that step of faith has borne abundant fruit. Through years of faithful teaching, loving shepherding, and reliance on God’s grace, the church has grown from just ten people into a thriving, reproducing congregation of over 1500 people. By God’s faithfulness, hundreds are baptized each year, and many of those believers have been raised up, trained, and sent out to plant new, fruit-bearing churches. Through Calvary Rosarito, the Lord has risen up leaders and planted 73 Calvary Chapel churches, part of that number being churches that are second- and third-generation church plants—and this year, celebrating their first fourth-generation church plant. As God’s Word continues to be taught and His gospel proclaimed, He has faithfully saved, discipled, and called dozens of church planters to serve throughout Mexico and beyond.
Please continue to pray for Mike, Sarah, and the Calvary Rosarito staff as they press forward in the work God has set before them. The heart of God is for His Church to multiply, and we are deeply grateful for the privilege of partnering with such a faithful and fruitful ministry.

SGWM Missions Conference 2026
Mark your calendars for May 1-2.
We are excited to announce the Saving Grace World Missions Conference 2026: According to the Pattern.
Are you curious about God’s heart for the nations or sensing a desire to be more involved in fulfilling the Great Commission? This conference is designed to equip, inform, and mobilize the body of Christ for the work of missions. Together, we will explore the book of Acts and examine how the early church carried the gospel forward through the power and leading of the Holy Spirit.
In addition to teaching and encouragement, we will be offering practical workshops that provide clear next steps and hands-on vision for meaningful involvement in missions. These sessions are designed to help churches grow as sending hubs, guide believers who are prayerfully exploring a call to missions, and equip missionaries for a lifetime of fruitful service.
Whether you are just beginning to ask questions or are ready to take your next step, come prepared to learn, be encouraged, and step into God’s unfolding plan to reach the world with the hope of the gospel.
More information to come.
