Village Church Building
Dear Friends and family,
Greetings, we hope that you are all doing well by the grace of God. Through this update we want to share a special need and want to request you to help us with that as Lord leads you. I am sorry that it is going to be a little long update. About 8 years before we planted a church in a village, but we did not have any proper place for meetings. We started our church meetings in a tent.
Then a family offered a place for us for regular gathering, and God provided funds to us to build an iron roofed structure for the church meetings. It was really amazing, and we praise God that for many years we have been having church meetings over there.
Last year the family that owned that piece of land asked us to arrange something else, we prayed, and we started looking for a place where we could have a reasonable proper church building. We wanted to have piece of land in the Christian residential area so that majority religion may not have objection about church building there. Finally, God provide a small piece of land which was much like a deep pit, and we purchased it. We needed to put much dirt in this place in order to raise it to the street level, we had some funds, so we started the basic work to lay the foundations and raise ground level.
People of this village are really excited for this all because they were not able to have a church building for last many generations, and they were even not going to have one soon in future by themselves. They come to this place for church services though it is an open place without any shelter in this sever cold weather. So, we praise God with them at this place!
All foundational work is done; we need to complete the building on it. The weather is getting cold, and no sooner it will be extremely cold and foggy. The congregation still comes for the meeting at this place in spite of any situation. We firmly believe that as we all will bow down to our God in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for giving Him all glory through this village church building and usage of the building for prayers, worship, teaching and trainings, He will provide graciously.
