A Special Request for Our Son Micah – Villegas Update July 2025

To our church families!!

We are excited to announce our son Micah was accepted to Biola University. This was an enormous answer to prayer. After graduating Bible college, Micah wanted to continue his studies with the hopes of going into the ministry. His desire is to study theology and communications. We asked God for a miracle to provide for his studies and door after door kept opening, so we continued to walk in that direction. He has received two scholarships and financial aid, but even with all this we are still short for paying his tuition. Biola offers a church matching scholarship up to 1,300 per year, but it cannot come from anyone related to him. We humbly ask that you or your church would prayerfully consider supporting Micah fulfill his dreams. Thank you!

Micah is the youngest of our three boys. When we moved to Mexico, he was one-years-old. He was raised on the mission field.
Micah was homeschooled throughout elementary school, but graduated from high school in Mexico.
After high school, he attended Calvary Chapel Bible Institute.
The Lord has done great things in his life! He served as a translator at CBI and at his church. He also was an intern at Horizonte for a year and a half, where he did maintenance, served as a youth leader, and many other things. In January he moved to the States for the first time in his life. He lives with his maternal grandmother and helps take care of her. He has been attending Calvary Chapel Saving Grace in Yorba Linda and serves in the children’s ministry. He currently works at Knott’s Berry Farm.
