Crazy On Both Sides
“He will be their peace.”
Micah 5:5
It has been crazy on both sides of the world. Vincent has been so busy and so have I. This month has flown by so fast, I feel like I just wrote a newsletter last week! At prayer we talked out having Missions prayer at Golden Springs and realized it’s time for me to write again! As we started homeschooling, the internet at my parents’ house broke and has been in and out. It’s crazy to say we have better internet in Uganda! As we are preparing to visit my aunt that I have been asking you to pray for, lots of meetings, and so much more, I asked Vincent to write this month’s newsletter. I do ask you for prayers as I am blessed to prepare and share with 2 Jr. High classes at Ontario Christian about missions and also preparing the last 2 teachings remaining in America. One, for the retreat in Texas, and the second, for the Tuesday morning and evening studies at Golden Springs on “The Shield of Faith.” I am excited to say I am 1/3rd finished packing to go back to Uganda. Even with only quick daily chats with Vincent and all the crazy around, God is our peace!

Updates From Vincent:
“Blessed is the man who endures temptation...”
James 1:12
SCHOOL
We praise God for His consistence and love for us. Over the last few years, our school had gone through many challenges. The government raised higher salaries causing us to lose many teachers. Prayerfully, God helped us through many changes. God replaced those teachers with those who thirst and hunger more for righteousness. These teachers have endured temptations, seeing teaching these children as a ministry not a job. When God is the head and leading, everything else falls into place. We were thrilled when the mid-year exams results came out and our school has the best testing scores in the whole district! God sure blesses!
BIBLE COLLEGE
Our bible college new semester started well with 31 students enrolled! God is so good! The students are excited and already seeing the depth in the biblical teaching of sound doctrine. God gave us the desire to open a free boarding bible college. We are grateful for thus far He has provided. I believe in the model Pastor Chuck set for us “Where God guides, He provides,” and so far He has. Another blessing, based on the needs here, many of the church staff started to volunteer to teach life skills such as musical instruments and other worship trainings, tailoring, computer trainings, videography, and photography in between the regular scheduled classes and homework time. The students are diving into all and saying they are blessed to grow in the full counsel of God and be trained through these Practical Christian Ministries to serve their future churches better and help ours while they are here. We invite you if you would come to labor with us. We are excited to train and send many to fulfill the great commission.
CALVARY CHAPEL KOBOKO CHUCH PLANT
Few years ago, venturing in faith, we sent pastor Francis and his wife to begin a fellowship in Koboko, a city about one hour drive from Midigo. This year we were able to send one of our bible college graduates, Bernard to assist. The fellowship is growing and we thank God for providing a piece of land for the church we have shared about and your continued prayers. May His Name be praised.
GOD IS GROWING US
Day by day, God keeps adding to the flock, we don’t know where the people are coming from, but my wife said she will find out when she comes back. We are witnessing a hunger for the Word. The Consistent Men Friday morning devotion that started with a few leaders has grown to dozens of men. God is doing a new work! We continue to move forward in awe of His plans!
