Our Students Playing Volleyball

The New Year is a time to center ourselves in God’s faithful care and position ourselves firmly on His promises. We began 2020 with a wonderful church service on January 1st. By the grace of God, some new people are coming to our local Church. We were able to visit some of the families in our colony, and we are glad that they are now attending our Friday Bible Study. It is a great privilege for our family to be a part of it.

It is a great joy to share that our daughter and her group participated in an inter-school dance competition, and they won the first position for their school. All glory and honor to Him.

In our Pastors School, our classes have been taking place regularly; we appreciate all of the teachers who make an extra effort to train the young men and women students. As part of our daily schedule, we have different activities such as cleaning the premises, gardening, learning different musical instruments, sports etc.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for me and my family, that we will have an effective ministry, and also pray for our good health.
  • Kindly pray for our daughter. Her final exams begin the first week of March.
  • Continue to pray for our Pastors School and for new student recruitment; pray that God will bring dedicated students.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

In Him,

The Lord is Our Strength

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

All glory and honor belongs to God alone. By the grace of God, one more year has come to an end. When we remember our past, we realize that only because of God’s grace could we come to the end of the year. I strongly believe that “…my help comes from the Lord…” (Psalm 121).  This makes me express my heartfelt thanks to God Almighty for His wonderful protection and provision for my family.

As you know, on November 30, 2019, I was in an accident and got a hairline fracture in my right hand. Now by the grace of God, I have completely recovered. Thank you to each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. My prayer is that God will shower His abundant grace and choicest blessings on you and your family.

A man from an online learning program for students came to interview, our daughter, to enroll her with the offer of a scholarship for the program. Even after deducting the scholarship from the school’s fees, the fee was still high. Because of this, we decided against enrolling her, but we got an opportunity to share the Gospel with the interviewer.

During our Friday Bible study, we were studying the epistles of John, and we ended our 2019 Bible study with a potluck meal and fellowship.

Christmas Party With Children

We celebrated Christmas with non-Christian children of our colony, and the children enjoyed the program through songs, dance, games etc. Pastor 15*’s wife shared the Gospel, prayed for the children, and distributed a book called, “Who is Jesus”.

On December 31, 2019, we had a watch night service at our church. We were all testifying for the Lord, how God was so faithful and merciful to us this past year.

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for the man who He is from a high caste family. Also pray for the non-Christian children who have heard the Gospel of Jesus and received the book about Him. Please pray that God will work in their hearts to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Kindly pray for the second semester of our school year, that God will keep all of the teachers and students with sound health so that our Pastors School will run smoothly.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

At the Train Station Together

It is my privilege to express my heartfelt thanks to God Almighty for His wonderful protection and provision for my family. Also, I would like to thank each one of you for your constant prayer and financial support. As a family, we have been praying for you and your family. May the good God bless you and your family abundantly.

In our family devotions we have been learning from book of Acts. We read how disciples were going from place to place and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ- no matter what challenges were ahead of them. Now, it has been handed over to us to share the Gospel.

Last month, God gave us the privilege to attend a CC conference for the first time, along with family and all our students. We traveled almost 36 hours on train to reach the conference. For many of the students, it was their first time ever to see and travel on a train. It was a wonderful experience travelling with them. At the conference, we had a blessed time together learning, discussing and  getting to know each other. On top of that, I was able to see some of my family and friends that I have not been able to see for a very long time. After returning back to the mission field, we had a wedding in our family. It was a nice time with family and relatives.

Friday Bible study has been a great blessing for all of us to learn and clear our doubts. Our Pastors School’s second semester of this year has been started and students are excited to learn new subjects. At the same time, we are all busy with our Christmas outreach program preparation.

Prayer Requests:

  • On November, 30th 2019, I was in an accident. Someone was driving on the wrong side of the road and hit me. I broke my right hand. Please pray for a speedy recovery.
  • Please pray  for the upcoming Christmas programs- that many people will be reached with the Gospel.
  • Kindly pray for our Pastors School’s second semester of the year. Please pray that God keeps all the teachers and students healthy, so that our Pastors School may run smoothly

Thank you very much for your prayer and support!

Encouraging Times

Dear prayer partners and financial sponsors,

Welcoming Our American Guests

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Thank you, Jesus, for your abundant grace and mercy when you adopted us into your family. Thanks to all of our dear financial sponsors, for your sacrificial prayers and support. We remember you and your families in our daily thoughts and prayers. May the grace of God be with you and your families, churches, resources, and in all you do.

Praise God that during this past month, we finished our first semester of 2019 in our school. We want to thank each teacher for playing a vital role in molding our students’ lives. It was a memorable moment for us to receive Pastor T.* and his team in our midst. Our students expressed their love by singing songs and dancing. It was a blessed time to learn from the team and interact with each other. In our Friday Bible study on 1 John, Pastor 15* is teaching us, and we have finished the book. It has been a great time to learn and answer our questions about the Bible verses. In our family devotions, we have been studying from the book of Acts. It is amazing to see how Jesus becomes the way to reach out to the Gentiles with the Gospel. We also realized how unworthy we were, but only by God’s grace have we come to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for me and my family, that we will have an effective ministry and that God will keep us safe and in good health.
  • Kindly pray for us to have our own (Pastor’s School) building, so that we can have enough space to accommodate more students.
  • Very soon, we will be beginning our second semester of 2019 in our school; please pray for the teachers and the students. Pray that the Holy Spirit will help us to understand His Word.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

In Him,

Pastor 3*

Translating for Skype Classes

First of all, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to God Almighty for His love and care for our family. Secondly, thank you to all of our dear financial sponsors, for your great support–because of your prayers and support, we are able to move on. We are remembering you and your family in our daily thoughts and prayers. May our good God supply all of your needs and give you good health.

During the past month, my wife and I were physically ill as a result of frequent changes of climate. But God is so good to us, and He cares about us. My daughter finished her midterm examination in her school. In our family devotions, we have been studying from the book of Acts, and we learned that God in His mercy opened the door of salvation for the Gentiles (Acts 10:9-23). We realized how unworthy we were, but only by His grace have we come to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

During our Friday Bible study, believers are able to clear their doubts about Bible verses. CCBC students are getting a chance to lead praise and worship and share the Word of God from Psalms at our local church. I, too, was privileged to teach the Word of God from Jude verses 3-4, and my wife testified of God’s goodness in her life. Moreover, Friday Bible study, our Pastors School, and our local church have been great means for us to learn the Word of God and to exercise our faith.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for me and my family, that we will have an effective ministry and that God will keep us safe and healthy.
  • Kindly pray for us to have our own Pastors School building, so that we will be able to have enough space to accommodate more students.
  • My wife’s cousin’s marriage is going to be held in the month of November 2019. Please pray for her.
  • During the first week of November 2019, all of our staff, students and pastors will be traveling for a conference. Kindly pray for a safe journey and a blessed conference.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

Privileged to Serve Jesus

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

God has been so good to us during the past month.  Under His mighty wings, He has protected us. We also experienced God’s love in our lives through His provision for all of our needs. We give all glory and honor to Him alone. Thank you very much, dear sponsors, for your contribution for the expansion of God’s kingdom in the unsaved world. We assure you of our prayers for you and your families. It is our prayer that God will keep you safe and in good health, and we pray that you will have many blessings. Praise be to His name!

In the month of August, God enabled us to conduct Holy Communion at our local church. I taught the word of God from Jude 1-2 verses, and I learned a lot from it. I went to one of our CCSG churches that is about 30 km away from my town. There, I was able to help them understand Word of God. One of the believers, came to me with tearful eyes; she shared some bitter opposition that she has been facing from her relatives. She was attending Sunday worship in her village, but her brother dragged her out of the church service and beat her very badly. Because of this, she decided to go to a place farther away to worship; so, now she is coming to our CCSG church. Still, she is threatened and beaten by her brother because she has received Jesus as her personal Savior and is attending church services regularly. However, she is so strong in her faith that she has been praying for her brother that someday he will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I was so privileged to encourage this woman and pray for her.

In our Pastors School, classes have been taking place regularly; we appreciate all of the teachers for making the extra effort to train young men and women here. We are privileged to translate some of the Skye classes into our national language. Apart from the main subjects, we have also been teaching the students basic English. Our library is also a great asset for our students. One of our students is new to the Christian faith. We have counseled and motivated him personally to know more about Jesus Christ. Recently, we have sent him under his local pastor to get more familiar with the Bible and learn more about Jesus; after a year, he plans to continue his study in our Pastors School.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for the Pastors School to run smoothly here in South Asia. Presently, we have 24 students.
  • Please pray for the growth of our CCSG church in town.
  • Kindly pray for us to have our own building for the Pastors School, so that we will have enough space to accommodate more students.
  • Please uphold the believer who is persecuted by her brother and the student who is a new believer, that God will strengthen them in their faith.
  • As a family, we are serving the Lord here with CCSG. Please pray that God will enable us to glorify His name through our words and deeds.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

In Him,

Pastor 3*

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Our New Church Service

I express my heartfelt thanks to God Almighty for His abundant grace and love shown on my family.

As a family, we have experienced His protection and provision in our lives. Thank you so much for your partnership in the ministry. We have been praying for you all, that God will bless you and your families according to His riches and glory. Praise be to His name!

On the first Sunday in July, God enabled us to start CCSG Church in the town near us! I have been privileged to assist Pastor 15 I am learning so much under his leadership. I am leading the praise and worship, and Pastor 15 is teaching from Genesis (verse by verse). I, too, teach the Word once a month in the church. I am teaching from the epistle of Jude (verse by verse).

Praise God, we have begun a new semester at our Pastors School. We thank God for the donor who sent us books for our Pastors School Library! Now our students have access to borrow the books and read them!

Our New Library

We have finished our new students’ interviews, and we have begun regular classes. We would be able to take more students, but we have a shortage of space in our rented building. Thank God for all of the teachers who are making an extra effort to teach our students. Personally, I am attending most of the classes as well, and I have been blessed by them.

Last month, we had the opportunity to visit some of the families and witnessed for the Lord by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. One man among them is Mr. Renu*.

Prayer Requests:

  • As a family, we are here to serve the Lord; please pray that God will use us as effective instruments in His hand.
  • As we have begun a new academic year at our Pastors School, please pray for sound health and minds of our students, so that they will be able to grasp all the teachings very well.
  • Please pray for Mr. Renu*- that God will strengthen him in God’s Word.
  • Please pray for the growth of our church.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

Sharing at My Wife’s Relative’s Funeral

We started the month of June with thanksgiving and prayers for completing twelve years of being together (our marriage anniversary). It was really amazing to visit my father and mother in-law in another state. It has been a great loss in our family that on June 9th my wife’s father (73) went to be with the Lord and after fifteen days our grandmother’s sister (95) was also promoted to Heaven to be with the Lord.

After summer vacation, our daughter went back to school. Our Bible college started as scheduled and all the students returned in time. Praise God that our Friday Bible study has been going very well! Every time, new people join! Pastor 15’s teaching is really a blessing for us.

Praying for Brother Albert*

We got chance to visit some of the families that go to the Bible study. Very recently, we went to visit Mr. Albert* who has been physically sick for the past few weeks. I had the opportunity to share from the Word of God and pray for him.

Prayer Requests:

As a family, we are here to serve the Lord. Please pray that God may use us as effective instruments in His hand.

•Please pray for divine peace in our grieved family. May the Lord strengthen us to overcome this situation.

•As we have started new classes at our Bible College, please pray for God to give the students good health and a sound mind; so that they may grasp all the teachings very well.

•Please pray for God’s healing touch upon Mr. Albert* He has been suffering from diabetes.

•Please pray that God may help us to start a CCSG church in this area.

Thank you very much for your prayer and support!

Plunging into Ministry

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I express my heartfelt thanks to God Almighty for His protection and provision for my family. Also, I would like to thank each one of you for your prayers and support.

We began the month of May with my wife’s birthday, and ended the month with my daughter’s birthday. We traveled to another state to meet with my father-in-law and mother-in-law. By God’s grace, all are doing well.

In our staff’s devotions, we have been learning from Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. We have begun Bible study every Friday for all, and now we are learning from 1 John, led by Pastor 15. These days, we are busy typing all of the translated syllabus into the national language.
During the giving thanks service on my daughter’s birthday, we invited some families along with our relatives. I got the opportunity to share from the Word of God.
Please uphold us with your prayers, that we may have effective ministry on the mission field.

Please pray that God will help us to start a CCSG church in a certain* village in our state.
Please pray for the health of Dr. Raju* and Mr. Ethan*

Moving for Ministry

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ! I thank God for His love, grace, mercy and protection in my family. Thank you so much, Pastors, for giving me an opportunity to serve the Lord with CCSGWM.

On March 30, I moved to this area with my family.  Through our relatives, the Lord helped us to find a house to rent. Our Pastors School students were a great help to us in unpacking and arranging our household things.  My wife, became ill with a cough as a result of the dust, but, praise the Lord, she is fine now!  Thank you so much for your financial support that helped my transportation go smoothly.

Our daughter also was admitted to a good school. She is enjoying the school. She has made many friends.  We thought that she would take time to get adjusted, but she is doing fine.

In our family devotions, we are reading the book of Proverbs. Every day, we are challenged by the Word to walk closely with God. I was privileged to visit Pastor 8’s church, teach the Word, and also to baptize three of his church believers. We visited one of the Roman Catholic families in our colony, and God opened their hearts for God’s Word. This family wants to learn more from the Bible.

God is so faithful to us and is fulfilling our needs every day. Please pray for our family and ministry, that we will be the channel to spread the Good News of Jesus to many souls.

Please pray for the believers who have witnessed for Jesus Christ by being baptized. Please pray that they will be strengthened in their faith.

Please also pray for the Catholic family, that God will increase their faith.

Kindly pray for our country’s political situation, as elections have been going on. The results of the election will be declared soon.  Please pray that God will give us a good leader.

Thank you for your support!

In Him,

Pastor 3* and Family
