God Is Working in Amazing Ways

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We deeply express our heartfelt gratitude to the almighty God for His glorious mercy upon my family. At the same time we appreciate each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. Because of your financial help, we are able to move forward with the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the unreached without any worry. As a family we have been praying for you, for your family, ministries, jobs and businesses. May the good God bless you with every resource and good health.

In February, our Church hosted a Bible quiz competition under the Trans World Radio (TWR) program. It was wonderful that most of our church members and our CBI students participated in it. By God’s grace one of our CBI students got first prize in the district level and one of our church members received third prize.

“Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:”

(Acts 26:19)

This verse was the theme for our March family conference. We had a wonderful, blessed time during the three day-conference. Our previous graduates also joined us. It was great time to see them and their wives and children. We could also hear some of their testimonies. God is working amazingly through them in the mission field.

On the last day of our family conference, we had a graduation program. Altogether 8 students graduated. We had immense joy receiving our special guest who shared from the Word of God and witnessed this event.

Last month, God helped me visit some of our graduates in another state to see their ministry. It was wonderful experience to visit the remote villages and see how God is working among the unreached communities there. We had a great youth meeting in one of the churches. God helped me encourage them through the Word of God and motivate them in God’s mission. As a result three young adults committed their lives to God’s ministry. Next semester they are planning to join our CBI.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for all of the graduates. May God use them as they return home.
  • We are recruiting new students for our upcoming CBI semester. Please pray that God will help us to have committed students.
  • Continue to pray for my daughter’s education.
  • Continue to pray for the growth and needs of our local church.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family. May the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

For the Expansion of God’s Kingdom

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We deeply express our heartfelt gratitude to the almighty God for His amazing mercy upon my family. At the same time we appreciate each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. Because of your financial help, we are able to move forward with the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the unreached without any worry. As a family we have been praying for you, for your family, ministry, job and businesses. May the good God bless you with all resources and good health.

By God’s grace, all of the classes of second semester are going very well at our Calvary Bible Institute. We take our students for house visitation weekly as part of their practical ministry training. They are able to lead and share from the Bible.

During the Christmas season we had various types of wonderful outreaches on different days. It was a great time to share the love of Jesus through a huge Christmas rally, Christmas caroling, children’s Christmas program etc. We also had a wonderful Christmas gathering with our church believers.

Mr. K.*, a Hindu man, had been suffering with weakness in his neck for about a year because of a road accident. Now he is unable to do anything by himself. I learned about him through one of the believers of our church. I was privileged to visit him and share the love of Jesus with his entire family. We prayed for him to be healed and for his whole family to come to the saving knowledge Jesus. His wife now comes to our church.

On December 24th my wife’s uncle went to be with the Lord. Everyone in the family grieved, but they were comforted by God’s divine peace. Now our family is doing okay. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for our Calvary Bible Institute’s new semester. May God help all of the teachers teach well. May God open the minds of students to understand the Bible.
  • Kindly pray for those who have heard the Good News of Jesus Christ for the first time. May God work in their hearts, so that they may come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Please for the healing of Mr. K., and that through his healing his entire family may come to Jesus Christ.
  • Please pray that God’s heavenly peace will dwell in our grieving family
  • Continue to pray for my daughter’s education.
  • Continue to pray for the growth and needs of our local church.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family. May the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

The Lord is My Deliverer

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We had a massive amount of rainfall, in our state. Four people, including a child, were swept away in the flood waters in different parts of our state. Bodies of two people have been recovered. The road routes between our state and the neighboring states have been disrupted. More than 100 villages have turned into islands (become surrounded with water). A truck full of grain was also washed away in water. A CoBRA (Commando Battalion for Resolute Action) army was also swept away while crossing a rivulet. This news was published in ‘The Times” of our country. In addition many other places, of our town was affected by the flood.

We deeply express our heartfelt gratitude to the almighty God for His grace and mercy upon my family. At the same time, we appreciate each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. Because of your financial help, we are able to move forward with the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the unreached without any worry. As a family we have been praying for you, for your family, ministry, job and businesses. May the good God bless you with all resources and good health.

I would like to share the story of one of our new students at Calvary Bible Institute. His name is SD*. He is from another state. He was born and brought up in a Hindu family. His father was demon possessed. Because of that, many times he used to go unconscious. The family members took him to the temple and to many sorceresses, but he did not get any relief.

One day, a Hindu man came to his home and told his family, “Some of my relatives went to a church for prayer and they are okay now.” The man suggested that they should also try going.

So listening to Hindu man’s words, they took their demon-possessed father and went to a church. They met the pastor and the pastor shared the Gospel of Jesus with them and prayed. By God’s grace his father was delivered completely! He was set a free from the evil bondage after having the problem for 4-years. Through this, the whole family accepted the Lord as their personal Savior. Since then they are believers. Now brother SD* has committed his life to God’s ministry.

In the month of July we started our new semester of CBI. By God’s grace, all the classes are going very well. This semester I am teaching the book of Exodus. Every week we take our students to do practical ministry where they are able to lead and share from Bible.

My daughter’s new school year has started. This year she is in 11th grade.

Prayer Requests:

  • Kindly pray for area that is affected by the flood. May God help them recover all that they have lost.
  • Please pray for brother SD* and his family to continue to grow in the Lord. As he studies at CBI, May God give him the wisdom to understand and learn.
  • Please pray for the new semester at CBI. May God help all the teachers and may they teach well. May God open the minds of students to understand the Bible.
  • Continue to pray for my daughter’s education to go well.
  • Continue to pray for the growth and needs of our local church
  • Kindly pray for me and my family. May the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

A Blessed Visit

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

According to the “Economic Times News,” nearly 43 per cent of the surveyed farmers lost at least half of their standing crops. Rice, vegetables, and pulses were particularly affected by the uneven rainfall. In the northern states, paddy fields often remained submerged for more than a week, destroying the newly planted seedlings. We need to pray for the farmers. Many times, it is reported that they commit suicide because of losing their crops.

We express our heartfelt thanks to the Lord Almighty for His abundance grace upon our family. At the same time, we highly appreciate each one of you for your earnest prayers and financial support. Because of your financial help, we are able to move forward with the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the unreached without any worry. As a family we have been praying for you, for your family, ministry, job and businesses. May the good God bless you with all the resources and good health.

As a family we went to my home village in another state. It is about 400km away from where we live now. It was wonderful to spend time with my parents. We also had the privilege to meet the believers in my home village. We visited them and listened to their problem and difficulties. We also encouraged them through the Word of God and prayed for them personally. It was a good time to speak to them through the Word of God in a home prayer meeting.

During our trip we met some of Hindu families. One of them is Mr. K.D. and his family. I got the opportunity to share my testimony with them about how God changed my life. They were amazed to hear my life story. I believe some day God will touch their hearts so that they will experience God’s love in their lives. Overall, I spent quality time with my parents and the believers in my village.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for good rainfall in our country. Also pray for the farmers to get good crops and that none of them commit suicide.
  • Please pray for my parents to have good health. Also pray that they may grow in their faith.
  • Please pray for the believers in my home village to grow spiritually. Also pray for Mr. K.D. and his family to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Continue to pray for the growth and needs of our local church.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family. May the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

Thanking God for a Wonderfully Blessed Mission Trip

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

According to the “The Times News” of our country, many areas in our state continue to suffer from a sever heat wave. On Friday, major cities across the state experienced scorching hot weather. The intense heat and heat wave-like conditions have led to the deaths of three people so far. Our state’s capital city experienced its hottest day of the decade on May 30. The temperature reached a record 46.8°C (116 degrees Fahrenheit) in the afternoon.

Even though there is record breaking heat outside, we are protected by God’s mighty wings and blessed with His provisions. We highly appreciate each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support for the expansion of God’s ministry. Because of your financial help, we are able to move forward with the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the unreached without worry. As a family we have been praying for you, for your family, ministry, job and businesses. May our good God bless you with all resources and good health.

Our one week mission trip was wonderful and blessed. We went to A* (the area where Pastor 2* minsters). It takes one night on the train or bus to travel there. We met all the believers and their families. We listened to their problems and about the things they were going through in their lives. We then encouraged them through the Word of God and prayed for them. We visited different villages including S*, K*, A*, M*, and T*. We had wonderful prayer fellowships, encouraging them from the Word of God and praying for them.

We could also motivate and pray for Brother A* (above). He was previously a student at our CBI in the mountains.

We met a young man named A T* who is a student (above). He had a lot of questions regarding his faith. By God’s grace we could counsel him and encouraged him to study the Bible and grow in the Lord. Overall the trip was very blessed.

Prayer Requests:

  • In our area the temperatures is very high. Please pray for the field workers (who live on day-to-day wages). May God protect them. Also pray for God to change the weather soon.
  • Please pray for those who we met during our mission trip to A*. Pray that God will strengthen in their faith. Also pray for Brother A* and A T* to grow in the Lord.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth and need of our local Church.
  • We are recruiting students for our next semester of Calvary Bible Institute. Pray that God will bring good students.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family. May the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

Moving Forward With the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We are grateful to the Lord for His protection and provision in my family. We appreciate each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial aid for the expansion of God’s ministry. Because of your financial help, we could move forward with the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the unreached. As a family we have been praying for you, for your family, ministry, jobs and businesses. May the good God bless you with all good resources and good health.

In our family devotions we have been learning from Word of God and trying to follow the footsteps of Jesus in our daily walk.

For the past several months, we had been facing a lot of opposition from Hindu fanatical groups. Many churches had been shutdown. By God’s grace we got permission from the government to conduct our Sunday worship services. However, fanatical groups are still causing problems. It has become hard to go to the villages and share the Gospel. However, God is opening the door for us to go to individual houses and make friends and do personal evangelism. As a family, we visit families to testify about Lord and pray for them (above).

Last month, visitors came to our home. It was wonderful time to encourage each other and pray. They asked us to pray for their son, B*. He is married but he and his wife are not happy to stay together.

In the month of March we completed our fourth semester. Five of our CBI students graduated. Before the students left to their homes, we had a wonderful time of fellowship with them at our home.

And we had wonderful staff outing as well (above).

Prayer Requests:

  • Kindly pray that God will open the eyes of the fanatical Hindu groups, that they may see God’s love and come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Please pray that God will stop such persecution.
  • Kindly pray for the growth of our Church.
  • Kindly pray for our graduates. May God use them effectively.
  • Do pray for B* and his wife to understand each other.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

In Him,

“Fear Not, For I Am With You”

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

(Isaiah 41:10).

God has promised that He will strengthen us to move forward for His kingdom. As a family, we are so grateful to the Lord for His protection and provision. Thank you, to all our ministry partners for your earnest prayers and financial support. We have been constantly praying for you and your family. May God bless you!

As you all are aware, day by day Christians are being attacked by Hindu fanatic groups in most parts of our country, especially in the state where I serve. In many places, they are not allowing believers to bury their dead loved ones’ bodies in the villages. The government is trying to pass a law to shutdown all house churches! Because of that, local police are coming and stopping the church services. They are even beating the pastors and believers. In addition Christian believers are completely helpless from the government. If the Christians complain about the persecution, then charges will be filed against Christian’s who are being persecuted, not the Hindu fanatics that attacked them. Therefore it is getting harder to go to the villages and share the Gospel. However, God is opening the door for us to personally evangelize in homes. In addition to doing church ministry, as a family we visit other families to testify about the Lord and pray for them!

Last month we finished our 3rd semester examination at CBI (above). The 4th semester has already begun.

As part of practical training, we have been taking our students to visit homes (above) where they pray for people. They are also involved in church activities, such as Sunday school, youth group, choir, etc.

Prayer Requests:

  • Kindly pray that God may open the eyes of Hindu fanatic groups to see God’s love and come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Please pray that God may stop such great persecutions.
  • Kindly pray for the growth of our church.
  • Pray for suitable land for our church.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family, that the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.
  • Please also pray for my daughter’s study.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!!

God Is Good

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

”For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations”

(Psalm 100:5)

Truly, God is good all the time!

December is a very exciting month for all Christians around the world to celebrate a historical event. During this Christmas season, God was so good to provide all the things that are necessary for our family and keep us blessed. Thank you, ministry partners, for your earnest prayers and financial support. We have been praying for you and your family continually. May God bless you.

One of our church members, a 29-year-old girl, testified for the Lord through water baptism. Thank God for her life and commitment!

We as a church family were engaged in different Christmas activities. There was a Christmas rally in the city . Many Hindu fanatic groups were not happy, yet, by God’s grace, we did it.

As we do every year, our church hosted a kids Christmas program (above). It is very enjoyable for the kids. We can tell by the look on their faces! Our main focus is on the non-Christian kids that attend. We share the love of Jesus along with snacks and gifts.

We did three days of Christmas caroling where we visited door to door and shared the love of Jesus. We also had a potluck dinner (above) with our church families followed by a watch night service.

As a family, we participate in all the church activities and visit some family homes to testify of the Lord and pray for them. My daughter took a certain special exam (above) for the first time. It was a good experience for her.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for all of the kids who attended the Christmas program. Pray that God will touch their hearts so that someday they will come to the Lord.
  • Please pray for the sister who got baptized. May she continue to grow in the Lord. May many souls be added into God’s Kingdom through her witness.
  • Kindly pray for the growth of our Church.
  • Recently, we surveyed a piece of land for our church. Kindly pray that God will open the door to buy it.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family- that the Lord will use us for the expansion of His Kingdom. Also, pray for our daughter’s studies.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

The God of All Grace Will Strengthen You

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

1 Peter 5:10

Last month we all suffered from a viral fever. My wife especially suffered and was seriously ill for almost 25 days. Because of that she was quite weak physically. However, God in His mercy, healed all of us and restored our strength. We express our heartfelt thanks to God almighty for His abundant grace, and that He protected our lives and provided for our needs. We appreciate for your valuable prayers and financial support. We remember you and your family in our daily thoughts and prayers. May the good God bless you with all resources and good health.

For the past several months, Christians in our country have been going through many challenges and trials because of the religious nationalism agenda by the ruling party. In November there are elections in 5 states of our country. We are praying and hoping for a change in our government, so that believers may have the freedom to worship and to share their faith.

I was privileged to be invited to a Central Synergy Summit. We had a wonderful discussion about the growth and failures of missions in the central area of our country. I also led a session on challenges and solutions in the mission field in practical ways. We had very effective discussions. During the summit, I ran into a first fruit from my ministry, SA* (right). He is a wonderful man and is now doing ministry with his family. I also met three other friends (pictured below) who all are doing ministry in different parts of the central area of our country. I was so pleased to see them after such a long time.

In October, we completed our 3rd semester of CBI. Because of the election in our state, we are starting our 4th semester on November 20th. As a family we participate in all the church activities and visit families to testify about the Lord and pray for them. We also take the CBI students on home visitation as part of their practical training.

Prayer Requests:

  • Kindly pray for the upcoming election. May good leaders come to power, so that all of the believers may have freedom to worship and share about Jesus’ love.
  • Please pray for SA* (a first fruit of my ministry) and the friends that I saw at the summit. Pray that God will use them effectively for His kingdom.
  • Kindly pray for the growth of our church.
  • Please pray that we may get suitable land for our church.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family–may the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

In Him,

Pastor 3* and Family

God Is Our Protector

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ!

This year, our country has received average monsoon rains since the start of the season on June 1. Average monsoon rains are usually good for the farmers but the uneven distribution this year has created new worries.

God is so faithful to us! He provides for our needs and protects us under His mighty wings. We were physically ill this past month. We appreciate your valuable prayers and financial support. We remember you and your family in our daily thoughts and prayers. May the good God bless you with all resources and good health.

We had blessed potluck gathering together with the CBI students and prayed for the situation in a certain state of our country. (For many months, this state has been under massive violence between a largely Hindu people group and a predominantly Christian people group. Because of that, many homes and churches belonging to the Christian people group have been burnt.)

There is a family from a different area that is very passionate about ministry. We used to meet frequently and share with each other about what was happening in our ministries. Recently, he gave me a surprise visit. It was immense joy to meet him after 7 years!

A friend of mine gave me an opportunity to teach some indigenous pastors about the “great Commission of Jesus” and motivate them to reach out to the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am happy that I could contribute some in their lives.

In our church we celebrated “Teacher’s Day”. It is good to remember the teachers’ contributions to individuals. Also, by God’s grace our Sunday school children are growing in the Lord. Every Sunday they recite Bible verses from memory in at church. We continued to participate in all the church activities. We also visited some families to testify about the Lord and prayed for them.

Prayer Requests:

  • Do continue to pray for the state in our country that is in a state of violence against the Christian people group. May God intervene in the situation.
  • Please pray for the family who came to visit me. May God increase their passion for ministry.
  • Please pray for the indigenous pastors who I was able to share with. Pray for their ministry and that God may use them.
  • Kindly pray for the growth of our church.
  • Please pray that we may get suitable land for our church.
  • Kindly pray for me and my family. May the Lord use us for the expansion of His kingdom.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

In Him,

Pastor 3* and Family
