God Is Opening Doors!

God Is Opening Doors!

We recently traveled to a very remote area near the Tibet border. By God’s grace, we were able to reach the village and share the Gospel for the first time with the Nepali-speaking people there. This was the first time this village had ever heard about Jesus.

The journey was difficult. The only way to reach these villages is by hiking, but the beauty of the place reminded us that God is at work even in the most hard-to-reach areas. Though this region is restricted, we clearly saw that God is opening doors in these communities.

Our Calvary Chapel team shared the message not only by speaking but also through a simple skit, helping people understand the Gospel in a clear way. We also gave them beanie hats with a red heart and a white cross as a reminder of Jesus’ love.

Please pray for the people of Valley—that their hearts would be open and that they may come to know Jesus. Also pray for us to have strength and continued access as we seek to return and share more.

Thank you for your prayers and support.

Easter Sunday

This Easter Sunday (Resurrection Sunday), we had a wonderful time celebrating the risen Jesus Christ in another district. We gathered in one of the main Hindu religious areas. Many people believe that place is holy. There are many temples and it is known as an important Hindu center. It is usually very difficult to openly share the Gospel there. But this year, God made a way.

More than 800 believers came together from across the district. We marched through the area with songs, dancing, and Gospel tracts. We also held an open celebration program where the Mayor, ward chairman, and many local Hindu people attended. They heard the Gospel and saw believers worshiping Jesus openly. It was truly a joyful and powerful day.

Please pray for this area—that many people who heard the Gospel will come to know Jesus. Pray that God continues to open doors in this place.

I also had the opportunity to encourage the youth of our district by sharing from God’s Word.

Thank you,

Milan
