An Unfinished Church
A Continuing Story
Dear Friends and Family,
We send greetings and love from Pakistan. We praise God that we are all doing well, though there is unrest and uproar all around because of the unrest and wars.
The village ministry we are serving is deeply important, as it is strategically located in an area that serves as a central hub for many surrounding villages. From this one place, we have the opportunity to reach multiple communities with the message of hope and faith. About eight years ago, we planted this church with a vision to see lives transformed. Since then, the journey has been one of perseverance—beginning with gatherings held in a simple tent, and later continuing under a temporary iron-roof structure where believers have faithfully met for years. Despite the challenges and limitations, the passion for ministry and outreach has never diminished, and this place continues to stand as a beacon of hope for many nearby villages.

A couple of years ago, by God’s provision, we were able to take a significant step forward in this journey. The Lord opened the way for us to purchase a piece of land in the village, where we prayerfully laid the foundation and began construction of a small church building. This was a moment of great joy and hope for the entire community, as it marked the beginning of a more permanent place for worship and ministry, something we had long prayed for and envisioned.

The excitement and joy in the village are truly palpable. People come eagerly to gather for prayer, worship, and all kinds of celebrations—it's become a focal point of hope and community. However, because the building is still incomplete and has no proper covering, severe weather conditions make it difficult to hold gatherings there. Despite this, the passion hasn’t wavered, and we continue to pray earnestly for the completion of this building, so that we can finally have a permanent, sheltered space to meet and worship together.

The excitement from the children is truly heartwarming—whenever we visit, they gather with joy, and their enthusiasm inspires us every time. The villagers, too, have remained steadfast, praising God for the progress made so far. Yet, we are keenly aware that this project has been delayed—we had hoped to finish about a year ago, but the lack of funding has held us back. To complete this building and fulfill the vision, we need $18,000 USD, and we are praying that God will provide that soon through His people or other means.

As we have shared with you this wonderful ministry, its vision, and the need, we humbly ask for your help. Please pray with us for this project—pray that it will be completed and that provision will come in God’s perfect timing. And if the Lord leads you to be part of this financially, we would deeply appreciate your support.
We thank you once again for taking time to read this. We need your prayers and support for continuing this ministry here in Pakistan. God bless you!
