Mexico Bound!
Hello friends!
Welcome to my first newsletter! Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing updates about what God is doing in my life as I take part in the Calvary School of Missions in Rosarito, Mexico.
The Calvary School of Missions is a six-week program designed to help students grow in their relationship with Jesus, learn what it means to live fully surrendered to His will, and discover their role in fulfilling the Great Commission. Alongside a group of like-minded believers, I will be seeking God’s direction for my life while receiving training in missions and cross-cultural ministry.
This newsletter is my way of inviting you to follow along on this journey. I hope to share what God is teaching me, the opportunities He places before me, and the ways He continues to guide my next steps. I would also be grateful for your prayers as I seek to learn, grow, and faithfully follow wherever He leads. Things a huge step of faith for me and I’m believing in God to provide for all that is needed for this new season of my life. Your encouragement and support mean so much as I take this next step.
One of the things we’ll be learning during the program is how to communicate effectively through newsletters, so hopefully you’ll notice some improvements as the summer goes on! While in Mexico, we will be studying missions, learning about cross-cultural ministry, doing outreach weekly and serving among a remote people group within the country. This is a full missions immersion program and is designed to ready me for full-time cross-cultural missions.
Right now, I am in the Republic of Georgia, where I have been serving at a local church and attending Bible college. On June 12th, I will return to the United States and have about two weeks to get settled before heading to Mexico for the program.
I am excited to see what God has in store during this season and look forward to sharing the journey with you. Thank you for your prayers, support, and willingness to follow along as I seek the Lord’s direction for the future.
