From Barrenness to Abundance
June Update
“And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what had been spoken to her by the Lord.”Luke 1:45
Hello Friends and Family!
I hope this newsletter update finds you well. It is with great pleasure that I write this newsletter update from Rosarito, Mexico. By the grace of God the team arrived yesterday afternoon to embark on this 6-week journey alongside 14 students! I touched on this in my last update, but I was given the opportunity to come back to the Calvary School of Missions that I attended last summer as one of the leaders! Through these 6 weeks my role will primarily be the Accountant and Women's Dorm Steward as well as helping with the Children's Ministry. As we arrived at the Connections House where we will be staying during our time here, I was immediately flooded with memories from my time here. Beaming to create new ones this summer.

The amazing team I’ll be with for the next 6 weeks!!
During our time here we will be doing outreaches, sitting in classes, and serving local Calvary Chapels here in Mexico. The devotion this morning was in Luke 1-2 and it was the perfect section to read as we start the first week. When I read about the miracle of Elizabeth’s pregnancy preceding the virgin birth to come through Mary, it reminded me so much of what we will be experiencing here. The Lord was so kind and faithful to give Mary an example to ground her faith in. To be able to believe “For nothing will be impossible with God.” As these students hear from missionaries, pastors, and leaders, my prayer is that they’d put themselves in Mary’s shoes. “And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what had been spoken to her by the Lord.” Blessed is the one who BELIEVES! As the Lord starts tugging on our hearts for the nations and for ministry I pray that we have faith from those who have come before us. Praise God that we can see the faithfulness of the Lord in others' lives to propel us to accept and believe what He’s called us to. The testimony of the church is so powerful. I pray that we never see this kind of faith as reckless or irresponsible. The reality is that those who have faith to see God move mountains in their life are blessed. I don’t know about you, but that’s how I want to be. We serve a God who can turn barrenness into abundance!

We were able to cross the border SO fast. Praise the Lord!
Please continue to pray for the students and leaders as we continue on this journey. If you feel led, I am still raising about $800 for this summer. My link to partner financially is below! I’m so excited to see what the Lord has in store for this summer. Thank you all for your continual support and prayers for all that the Lord has been doing in my life. I sit in awe with gratitude over all that the Lord has been doing in my life. If you have any prayer requests please respond to this email! I’d love to pray for you <3 Love you all so much!!
