Emerging on Top
Nepal is a country sandwiched in-between India and China with stunning mountains. The relatively small country is home to 30 million people and boasts the highest mountain peak and is referred to as the “top of the world” as it is home to Mount Everest!
Christmas Has Come
Due to the rugged mountain tops and remote villages steeped in Hinduism, the Gospel of Jesus our Savior has yet to reach hundreds of people groups. The good news is we are currently hosting 35 different outreaches from mid-December through the end of the year to share about the birth of Jesus and Isaiah 9:6 which says, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
Join us in praying for those who will attend a Christmas outreach throughout Asia this season and the many who will hear the name of Jesus for the 1st time. Pray for each grandma, child, slum dweller, villager, Hindu and all those who are in need of a Savior! As thousands hear the message of Jesus coming to earth and about His birth, please pray that they would respond and find a relationship with Jesus that would change hearts, lives, families, villages and nations! We also pray that as you make room for Jesus this Christmas season that you would be filled with joy that only comes from knowing Him as Savior.

IN THE VALLEY
Calvary Bible Institute Nepal is in the valley. It is a hub and boot camp for teaching the Word and equipping students to be the next leaders and pastors of Nepal. Through thousands of class hours, hundreds of service hours, outreaches, internship, prayer meetings and worship together we are thrilled that there are 8 graduates in the class of 2025! These men and women have spent the past two years growing, serving and being discipled and now they have been sent out. What a joy for Bond to teach the last class of the semester and to give the commissioning address at the graduation ceremony during the week of Thanksgiving. We are grateful for the staff, teachers, students, supporters and prayer warriors as you make it all possible! Please pray for the CBI Nepal graduates that they would be used mightily for the Lord.

EMERGING ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN
From the valley to the mountain top, after graduation we took the staff of CBI Nepal and a group of Calvary Chapel Nepal pastors that are past graduates up the mountain. At times, getting away from the day to day to reflect and seek the Lord is refreshing especially for ministry leaders.
After a winding trip up the mountain side, our bus emerged on top of a mountain in Nepal where we spent a few days together. It was a specular sight to behold the Himalayas that were showing off in all of their splendor! What a God we serve that created the heavens and the earth and the highest mountain peaks in the world.

It was a time away to marvel at how we started discipling the one person, leading to discipleship classes in villages, establishing the bible college that now a decade later has national staff and dozens of CC pastors that have established churches and are teaching the Word verse by verse throughout Nepal. The work has spread from the East to the West from the cities to the villages from the valleys to the mountain tops….to God be the glory for the amazing work He has done! The special part is that not only has He done a work in our lives, but in the lives of the men and women who have answered the call to reach Nepal! During our time on top of the mountain, we heard testimonies from pastors of small house fellowships to thriving city churches that don’t have enough space to hold all those that come to service each week. We reflected on our humble beginnings, our complete dependency on the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, God’s faithful provision every step of the way and we discussed the path forward as we spent time praying for the coming year to be even more spectacular than the sights our eyes were seeing!
We want to thank you for sending us, supporting and praying for our family and the many ministry workers we have the privilege of serving with around the world! We spent the spring in India, the summer in Uganda Africa and the fall in Nepal and we are humbled that the Lord granted us much favor this year to accomplish everything He set before us to do as we seek to make Him known amongst the nations!

With Much Love,
Bond, Heather and Breanna Gaona
