(Job 1:20-22) I SHAVED MY HEAD IN WORSHIP TO THE LORD
I have not shaved my head! I still have my lush hair guys! However, as some of you know, I have been getting hit HARD with trials and testings. I do feel as if I am in my “biblical Job era.” I had a job, but my health was not doing well so I had to leave, and I am currently looking for another job. But so far, no callbacks and no interviews. But God is good, I do not charge Him with wrong.
What’s great is when it comes to being a “first responder of souls,” momma didn’t raise a quitter, and the Lord has given me the strength to persevere despite trials.
GUYS! So much has been going on. I have dived completely into ministry. So here is how I have been honing my skills with evangelism and ministering.
Fruit in The Truck Stop Ministry.
I have been able to use the culture classes one of my teachers has taught me and apply it to the truck drivers since they are from all around the world. In this ministry, I have been able to talk to Muslims from the Middle East, Hindus from India, Catholics from Latin America, Catholics from the Philippines, and so many more people.
I have even been able to meet completely unreached teenagers on Halloween, meaning they have never heard who Jesus is.
“To live is Christ to die is gain.”
Now my preaching class.
I have been teaching in Philippians every Wednesday and getting critiqued, all so I can properly dive into the Word and teach it more easily, all for God’s glory.
This week I am teaching on Philippians 1:19–30. The whole book is Paul’s great example of having joy in the midst of suffering.
It encourages us to persevere even if we end up persecuted on the field or even just as Christians. We must be witnesses to all, “even to the guards and all of Caesar’s household.”
Calvary Chapel Association Conference
So to any new partners in this ministry, HI WELCOME! Thank you for partnering with me in the furtherance of the gospel!
As always, I want to ask you guys for your prayer requests first. So reply so I can keep you all in prayer!
As for me, my prayer requests are as follows:
That the Lord provides a job that will sustain me with my health soon.
My health. It is definitely not as good as it was earlier this year. I pray the Lord can sustain me as I know His grace is sufficient for all my needs.
I have been overwhelmed by my busy schedule, so pray I can have the calmness to be able to get all my tasks done in life.
Most importantly, pray for the souls I have talked to over the past month. Some got saved, some seeds have been planted, and some have been ministered to. Pray for growth in the ministry.
As always, thank you all for your partnership in the gospel. Your prayers are most important to me, but there is a financial partnership link below. All donations are only for soul saving purposes like missions. Only as the Lord leads.
Your brother in Christ,
Timothy
This latte was absolutely delicious guys!
