God is Absolutely Amazing!
~ CCOM Week 4 Update ~
Welcome!
Hello all my loved ones! To all of you, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. I hope you are all doing well.
This is what the Lord has been doing in my life recently…
Where was I?
WOW! This past week and a half has been absolutely amazing, life changing, and stretching. We started the week by boarding a flight from Tijuana to Mazatlan, and after a couple of days of VBS and soccer tournaments, we started our journey to a remote mountain tribe. After driving six hours, we arrived to a small village in the Nayarit mountains where the Lord has been ministering, saving and bringing revival among a small group of simple living people. They’re called the Corra tribe and they even speak their own language here in Mexico, called Corra.
This tribe was filled with the most beautiful, vibrant people—especially the children. Their curiosity and wonder shone on their little faces, and their excitement at seeing unfamiliar visitors was both moving and precious beyond words. They welcomed us with open hearts and received Christ with joyful enthusiasm. Their eagerness to learn and their childlike faith were truly extraordinary—so contagious and full of life.
Even though there were no showers for us, and no way to get a clean meal because of the questionable water supply, the good far outweighed the minor inconveniences.
Every moment there was so exciting. Every night was a symphony of rain and thunder and flashes of lighting. And every morning the sound of roosters and donkeys awakened us, hahaha. One day we woke up to mist and a cloud rolling in, making a foggy morning. It was amazing.
“But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; “ I Corinthians 1:27
They are not an advanced society but they received Jesus and are eager to hear more about what the Bible teaches. They’re hungry for the Word of God! And He is mobilizing His church by His Spirit to consistently go back up to the tribe to teach the Bible and to minister to the tribe by helping provide them with shoes and other necessities. Also God has raised up local church planters Eliás and his wife Santa Ana (she is Corra herself) who are willing to walk more than 6 hours with their young daughter just to be there and get connected with the people.

(Personal Update)
God is so good! Haha. Here’s one verse to describe how it’s been for me recently…
“persecutions, afflictions, which happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra—what persecutions I endured. And out of them all the Lord delivered me.” 2 Timothy 3:11
It hasn’t been easy—far from it. I’ve faced challenges I never imagined I’d be capable of handling. And truthfully, I’m not capable on my own. But the Lord has been my deliverer. Praise God, He has shown Himself faithful time and time again. Hallelujah—He is worthy to be trusted!

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”
Ephesians 4:4-6
Here are 3 easy ways we can work together in Christ to fulfill the Great Commission…!
1. Pray
Pray for the hungry to be fed, spiritually and physically, in the Corra tribe and the world. It is very much needed, and poverty is a sad thing to see up close.
2. Give
Financially…WE HIT THE GOAL!! My tuition has been fully paid the whole $1350 from the beginning! Praise God!! I’m ashamed to say prior to me coming to CSOM I didn’t have faith God would provide for what I couldn’t. I’m so amazed, thank you guys so much! Now, if you still feel led to give, all financial gifts from here will go towards further training and future missions trips with Saving Grace World Missions that I’m praying about pursuing! Please pray for me concerning these next steps. They are big ones and I need the Lord to lead me through His word and provision.
3. Just send a text my way. I love just saying hi to you guys! It’s encouraging and if I can encourage you in any way, please let me know!
Let me leave you with this. The only thing that is true to the end, even after the end, is Jesus Christ, the Word of God.
“Martha said to Him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. “And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.” John 11:24-27
“The Lord bless you and keep you: The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you: The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26
