We Have Exciting News!

In our last newsletter we asked you to pray for our vision to open a rehab here in Acapulco. Things are moving fast in that direction and the Lord has been opening doors.

First, there is a property that we are interested in. It is a fixer upper, but it is relatively cheap, close to our church, and would work perfectly for our vision to house those that need help to get them back on their feet and restored. Eventually, we could use this property for a Bible Institute with a little TLC.

Second, we were visited by Henry Guzman who has experience with rehabs and he is willing to pack his things and move here to help and be the director.

Lastly, our church is excited to help! We are praying and raising money to buy this property. And many are ready to work to clean this place up.

It is for sale for 88,000 dollars or 1.5 million pesos. We are currently in negotiations and they are willing to sell to us for 76,000 dollars or 1.3 million pesos. We don’t have the resources, but our God does. Please PRAY!!

A couple more prayer requests

We have a upcoming marriage retreat with over 60 people signed up. Pray for each marriage to be strengthened and God to be glorified.

We also have a youth retreat coming in April with 40 youth and 20 staff from our churches here in Guerrero. Please pray for us, for our travels, for each young person to have a real encounter with Jesus, and for every detail to be covered.

We desire to be a light on a hill for this city!

Our church comes together each month to feed those in need at hospitals and share the WORD of God with all who will listen. It is beautiful to see all that the Lord has done! Lastly, we have a BIG outreach this Saturday in our local park. Pray for salvations!
