Latest Happenings at CC Pedregales

I am profoundly humbled and inspired by God’s goodness, grateful that He chooses to work through me, despite my imperfections, to help draw others into His Kingdom. I would like to share a glimpse of my life so that you may know how to pray for me.
Our Children’s Ministry is growing and we’re in need of more teachers! I teach the 8–11-year-old class on Wednesday nights, and it’s such a joy. The room is overflowing—praise the Lord! Many of the kids come on their own, and for quite a few, they’re the only Christians in their families. Please pray for these precious lives and for more teachers who are called to minister to them.
I traveled to Washington to visit my aunt for a week during Easter vacation, enjoying some much-needed rest and relaxation. It was also the time of the annual Tulip Festival. God is truly the most amazing artist!! Sometimes we need to fill our own cup so we can keep pouring into others.
I had the privilege of sharing at Calvary Chapel Matamoros on “Serving the Lord Single.” It was great meeting new friends in the faith and encouraging others.

Jesus is alive! Our Easter celebration was amazing. The kids put on a beautiful dance in His honor, inspiring parents to join the service and cheer for their little ones. (It’s how we bring them into the church, and then the Lord takes it from there!) We also saw several heartfelt decisions to follow Christ through baptism.
