Full-Time Staff & Volunteers

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” Matthew 28:19

We have a great need right now for volunteers and full-time staff. If you are available to serve a week or more during our busiest times – spring or summer – we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities may include things like supervising our teams out in the field, photography/videography, teaching our intern Bible studies, cooking, etc. The Lord is continuing to do amazing things, even during this time of shutdowns and quarantines. Ministry may look a little different, but we plan to continue the work that the Lord has called us to do here in Rosarito, Mexico and the surrounding area.

Volunteering

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, and may serve anywhere from a week up to three months. This is not a paid position, and we do ask our volunteers to pay a small amount to help cover the cost of food and lodging. We will gladly assist anyone who serves for more than a couple of weeks with some support raising to help with this cost. This is a great opportunity for young adults who are in or just finishing up college. It is also perfect for anyone considering full-time missions or a career in full-time ministry. Anyone between the ages of 18-24 that wishes to volunteer, is asked to complete our summer internship program first.

Full-Time Missionary Staff

We currently have several openings for full-time staff who are willing to commit to serving for at least one year. We are seeking couples, families or singles to fulfill a wide variety of areas to serve – administration, media, cooking, outreach and more.

Anyone considering to serve full-time should have a clear calling from the Lord before entering the mission field. This person, or persons, should have some experience with short-term missions. It would be preferable for them to also have some previous involvement of ministry in this area of Mexico.

Please contact us if you would like more information about joining our staff here at Connections House. There is also a great article we’d love for you to check out. It is called, “Are You Ready to Become a Missionary” and it is written by Pastor Mike Thiemann.
