Vincent Family July Missions Update

Greetings from Mexico,

We are so thankful for your partnership and prayers for our family and ministry in the mission field of Mexico! One of the most surprising and exciting aspects of our ministry is how God has been pouring out His blessings upon  our church plants. In this letter, I wanted to give you a quick update on three of our church plants!

Last Month I was able to travel to Monterrey Mexico (south of Texas) with my brother Mitch and a couple other church staffers for a visit to our 6 month old church plant there! Pastor Pedro Velazquez and his family and ministry team are doing an amazing job!

While visiting, our mission’s team hosted a Saturday basics of the faith conference and BBQ, I got to teach their Sunday service and outreach bbq, and we were able to purchase two air conditioners to cool down their blazing hot sanctuary! Monterrey is ripe for the Gospel and we were blessed to witness several first time professions of faith while we were there. Just last week this young church celebrated their very first baptisms!  PRAISE GOD!

I also wanted to share with you some of the exciting new things going on with our church plant in Mazatlan! (State of Sinaloa) Earlier in June, we were able to send down a work crew of 8 men to spend 10 days at this 2 year old church plant! Our ministry hosted their first church planting class, while completing a complete remodel of their sanctuary, stage, and sound booth!

Pastor Tony Carranza and his team are reaching their city in amazing ways, and they have recently seen a special revival among un-churched youth. Many youth are showing up to Tony’s youth group and are open to the Gospel! Please keep our church plant in Mazatlan (Maranatha) in your prayers!

Finally, down in the state of South Baja, our church plant Rancho Libertad (Liberty Ranch Church, 3 years old) has planted their own church in the famous surfing village of Todos Santos. This is truly the NEXT STEP in church planting and where the ministry truly begins to multiply. When our church plants catch the vision and plant themselves.

Earlier this year,  we were blessed to send our their  ministry team with a financial gift and we have committed to support them financially when they begin their Sunday morning church services! I am also looking forward to visiting this new church later on this year to host a men’s conference! Right now the team is hosting weekly Bible studies while building the main dorm and sanctuary for the church! Please keep this new church plant in your prayers!

Finally,  before I finish this letter, I want to once again tell you, THANK YOU! I know I say that a lot, but I mean it! The Bible teaches that we are simply fellow workers in God’s field. And we feel so honored and blessed that you have chosen to partner with our family here in the ripe mission fields of Mexico through your prayers and financial support!

We are witnessing a time of reaping, not only here in Rosarito, but all over Mexico through our church plants! Each week there are people coming to faith and getting baptized. Each week there are broken lives and families being restored. Each week there is outreach going on, where the hurting and the least of these receive food, water, and clothing in the name of Jesus! What an honor it is to serve the Lord together!

Con mucho amor de Mexico,  (with much love from Mexico)

Mike, Sarah, Grace, and Daniel
