Praise the Lord! After a long time, I want to share how God has been changing lives here.

Awesome Faith of a Blind Man!

I am going to share a story with you about a blind man and how he accepted Jesus. This man’s name is “brother P”. Brother P has been blind from birth. He has never seen the world.

He is almost 40 years old and he is not married. He is too poor. No one respects him. No one loves him. My dad and I went to share the Gospel in his village. We shared the Good News with him, and he listened with passion and accepted Jesus as his Savior! Now, brother P has been coming to our fellowship continually, even though he cannot see. He comes with his youngest brother, who is only 10 years old.

One time he heard me preach from the Gospel of Mark, chapter 16 verse 16, (He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned). After our church fellowship, brother P told me that he wanted to be baptized and that he wanted to know more about baptism. I told him I would teach an extra class for him about baptism. The next week I made an announcement for those who wanted to be baptized to give me their names and contact numbers. I called everyone and taught a class for them about baptism. Brother P was also baptized, with the others. Brother P is always so excited to hear the Word of God, and he is growing day by day in the Word of God! Because of this, I decided to give him a proclaimer (an audio Bible). Now, he has been coming to our church faithfully for 2 years, even though his family always scolds him when he comes to our fellowship with his youngest brother.

Giving a message from the Gospel of Luke

Praise God for His faithfulness in my life! Last month and this month, I had so many troubles and problems, but God brought us out by His almighty hands. He keeps us safe from every enemy who wants to kill my dad, just for the land where we have built a little house church.

Last year on December 12, 2018 when God freed us from all false police cases, we were really happy. But then, my uncle and another person came (who is from a different village, and who I have never seen before). My uncle and that person went to court to try to get the land where our church is established, but God has filled us with His peace. I have full documents of that land. Either way, our God is an awesome God and He is with us! Praise God– our house churches are continually going on, and God is adding new believers day by day. I am giving the messages from the Gospel of Luke. I love to preach book by book and chapter by chapter!

Last month, God gave me the opportunity to go to a health training in another city. It was an awesome class. I learned so many basic things about health that were especially tailored for rural and poor people who do not have healthy food and good hygiene. What I have learned is helping me to reach people in the villages. They gave me vitamin A capsules for the kids who are too poor, the children who do not have healthy food and lose their sight when they are still growing. So, I am giving the children vitamin A capsules on Sundays after worship. These capsules are only for 1 to 5-year-old children. I only need to give them a dose once every six months. This is helping us to go to new villages. Thank God for this training!

Please continue praying for an orphanage!

“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and keep himself unspotted from the world.”(James1:27). I have been praying for an orphanage to be in my area for 6 years. Here, there is no one to hear and care for the orphan children. There are so many people who are too poor-they can’t give their children healthy food or send them to school. The children spend the whole day playing in the dirt, and they begin doing drugs from childhood. When they get older, they become murderers, gangsters, robbers and drunkards, etc.

I prayed for a long time, and God has given me two kids. Their father is mental. His mother married a second man, who left her. Now, his mother is always roaming. She has two children; one of them is 6 years old, and the other is a 3-year-old. Last year in December, when I visited her, she was really crying. She shared with us about her situation. I told her that I want to start a children’s home. So, she gave me her son’s photograph and birth certificate and asked me to find a children’s home for him, and said, “If you will start a children’s home, please take this son, too.”

Another child is 8 years old. His parents died in a road accident. Now, he is living with his uncle, but his uncle is very poor. He already has five children, and he is not able to care for him. He wants me to take care of him, because a year ago, I asked him to pray about me starting an orphanage.

I have one more child. She has been living with me for 4 years. She is my oldest sister’s daughter. Her father is mentally unstable, so he is not living with my sister. My sister works in some houses to clean and wash dishes, etc., so she is not able to care for her daughter. Because of this, my sister gave me her to take care of. Now, my niece is in 3rd grade, and she is 8 years old. She plays the bongo drum for our Sunday worship, and she will be a good worship leader. I take care of her with my own support. Thank God for His faithfulness in my life!

Prayer points:

1 Please pray for my mom; she has been sick for a month and a half.

2. Please pray for me, I am praying that I will get married to an orphan girl. Please pray that if she is really from God for me, that God will open all the doors and provide every financial need for our marriage.

3. Please continue to pray for every kind of persecution.

4. Please continue to pray for an orphanage to be in my area.

5. Please pray for brother to see the world because he is blind.

Thank you for your prayers, support and love in Christ.
