I hope this email finds you well. I thank God for you and for your prayers which encourage us to move forward!

Studying God’s Word

At the end of August, I was privileged to go with one of my friends to share the Gospel to a village that had never heard it before. My friend had gone door to door and invited people for the evening gathering. There were around 60 people who had come together, and I was privileged to share the Word with them. Many people were saved. Then, at the end of the meeting, others objected us and told us not to come back any more. But the seed has been planted. Please be praying that the Lord opens doors for us to go back again.

In the first week of September, since as there was a festival/holiday break, we had youth fellowship. The Lord brought these people from different places and we studied the Word and fellowshipped together.

In the second week of September, due to another festival, we were able to host a children’s retreat were we had people from 3 different villages come. During this time, our students were given the opportunity to manage the whole program. Some of them taught action songs while others shared the story of Jonah and the feeding of the five thousand. The children were very happy to be with us and would like to come back again for such programs. Please be praying that these precious lives would be eager to grow more in the Word.

We also have been having church services every Sunday, and the Lord has been blessing us with newcomers from different villages. Some of them attend regularly, while others are here sometimes. However, we have been able to see the Lord working. We have been studying through the book of Nehemiah on Sundays. We are praying that the Lord will give us a roof to worship under; please be praying in this regard.

I hope you are blessed to hear what the Lord is doing here through your prayers. I thank you very much for your prayers, Please continue to pray that we will be faithful in doing all that the Lord has called us to do.

Thanking you, Yours in Christ,
