Vincent Family January 2022 Missions Update

Greetings from Mexico,

My family and I hope you had a very Blessed Christmas and a safe and happy New Year! Another crazy year has finally come to an end (THANK YOU LORD), but in this update, I wanted to share some GOOD NEWS with you! At the end of December, we were blessed to send out another new church plant together!

3 years ago we had a 37 year old Bible college graduate join us named Tony that had previously completed a one year rehab stint in a Christian discipleship home!  Tony was born in Mexico, but was crossed over the border as a baby and lived his entire life in the USA! After a wasted life of gangs, crime, and a prison stint, Tony was deported for life back to Mexico!

Eventually God found Tony and gave him a new start and Tony was saved, forgiven and born again! After visiting our church while in Bible College, Tony asked to join our church as an intern and upon graduation he moved into the staff apartment at the church! Over the past 3 years Tony has been a huge blessing to not only our church family, but also to me as his pastor!

Tony has proved to be a hard worker, faithful servant,  and also a gifted bible teacher. After graduating from our church planting program, the Lord’s hand was clear, and it was time for Tony to be sent out to church plant. Last year, God placed the large capital city of Morelia Michoacan on his heart! After taking 5 trips to Morelia, Tony now has a church planting team waiting for him there.

One of the great blessings in Tony’s life was meeting a single mom named Delia that had graduated from our church planting school in Culiacan! After becoming friends while meeting at the church planting conferences over the years, they eventually fell in love. Tony and Delia are now preparing to get married in Culiacan in January on their way to move together to Morelia along with her daughter!

The church plant in Morelia is named Living Way Morelia (Camino Viviente) and they are starting at the end of January! Thankfully, along with living Way Fellowship in Fontana (Pastor David Zamora) we have 3 other churches that have decided to partner with us in this church plant. This large capital city of over 1 million people, is ripe for a spirit filled Bible teaching church!

We are so thankful for miracle stories of redemption like Tony’s! I shared with you his story, because this is your spiritual fruit! So THANK YOU, and allow this GOOD NEWS of this new church plant to ENCOURAGE YOU and BLESS you in this NEW YEAR!

From the family side of things, once again, we want to thank you for supporting us this past year! God has done amazing things here on the mission field of Mexico, and we are thankful  God has raised up a group of generous partners that give sacrificially so that we can serve full time here. We love you and thank God for you!

Con mucho amor de Mexico,  (with much love from Mexico)

Mike, Sarah, Grace, and Daniel
