Praise the Lord!

Greetings to you in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you, dear supporters and prayer partners, for your prayers and financial support. We are praying for your family and your country. By the grace of God, my family and I are doing well. God has kept us safe.

I got the chance to lead a Sunday service in a village last month (above). I also had fellowship with them with the Word of God. I am teaching them from the book of Ephesians.

Last month, three new families asked us to have house fellowships with them. We had fellowship with each of them them (above).

Last month, I also had the privilege to lead the praise and worship at a meeting organized by the pastor fellowship. About 300 to 400 people came. It was a blessed time.

Prayer Requests:

• Please pray for my children to grow in Lord’s fear and knowledge. Please also pray for their final exams.
• Please pray that the Lord will intervene in the problems the world is facing.
• Please pray for our village ministry in our local area. May the people there grow in Lord’s Word.
• Please pray for the new family to grow in Lord.
• Please pray for our state. Pray that God will work and change the heart of the people.

Last month, I had a chance to lead the Sunday service in B* Village. I had fellowship with them in the Word of God. I am teaching them from the book of Ephesians. 

Two Hindu families were reached with the Gospel during our Christmas outreach. We shared the Gospel with them and prayed for them. 

We had also organized a program for the kids in December (above). Almost 50 kids participated in the program. We shared the Gospel through a skit and songs and prayed for them, then we distributed gifts. We had a wonderful time with them. 

Last month, I also had a chance to visit K* Village (above). The pastor invited me to share the Word of God during their Christmas program. It was a great time of fellowship. There were many new people there that came because of Christmas. We distributed New Testaments and gifts to them and prayed for them. 

As the year was ending, God gave us the opportunity to gather with the believers in our church. We were able to fellowship with them, pray together, and give thanks to God for all the blessings which He gave us in our lives last year…and for adding a new year in our life.

Last month I got chance to organize a one-day youth meeting. God helped the youth to gather there. 200 youth came to the meetings. It was a great time with them to learn the Word of God and worship the Lord.

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Dear partners, thank you for your prayers and financial support. We are praying for your family and your country. By the grace of God, my family and I are doing well; God has kept us safe.

Last month, I had the opportunity to visit the hospital, and I prayed for two brothers, as they were ill and admitted to the hospital.

Also last month, the members of all of the churches in the city organized a peaceful protest rally in support of persecuted Christians in a certain area of our country. Persecution began in that area in May, and since then, more than 300 churches have been burned and many Christians have been killed. Thousands and thousands of Christians have fled to a neighboring state, and and thousands are living in the deep forests to try to save their lives. The government in our country is not doing anything to bring peace in that state.

We had an outing with our church members. We had a good time with them in worship, prayer, and fellowship.

I have finished teaching Ephesians. Now, I am teaching Philippians in our Calvary Bible Institute.

• Please pray for the village ministry of our local area, that they will grow in God’s Word.

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you, dear partners, for your prayers and financial support. We are praying for your family and for your country. By the grace of God my family and I are doing well. God has kept us safe.

Last month I got the chance to share the Word of God during two different birthday parties and prayed for the people there.

My wife and I also visited a family in a village and prayed for them. The daughter-in-law who lives with the family is expecting a baby. She has been throwing up and not able to eat anything. Because of this, she is very ill and upset. She needed council along with medical treatment. I took my wife there (she is nurse) to give the woman some counselling. We had a nice time with her and prayed for the family. Last month, together with my family, we visited that same family again and had the fellowship with them. We had Bible study and prayed for them.

On July 3rd our new session of the Bible Institute started. We have 4 new students (above). We do not have the facility to accommodate more students.

• Please pray for sister S* to be healed. She has been admitted in the hospital because of vomiting.

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you, dear partners, for your prayers and financial support. We are praying for your family and your country. By the grace of God, my family and I are doing well. God has kept us safe.

Last month we got a chance to visit a different state with family. We had a good time meeting with cousins. We were able to have fellowship with them and share the Word with them. 

We also got the chance to visit a blind hostel run by Swedish Missionaries. There are about 200 students there. Some live there as resident students. Others, who are from nearby villages, go back to their homes after school. It was our privilege to spend time with them and pray for them. The manager shared a testimony about God’s provision for the blind school. During Covid, they did not have any funds for the school, but the staff stayed without getting a salary and the local people raised some money to feed the students. Now, a Swedish mission has been helping financially for last two years to run the school. Praise God for such committed Christian workers who Christian worked without receiving a salary.  

Since the Bible Institute is closed for summer brake, we are focusing on church ministry. We do home visitation in the evenings since during the day it is very hot.

In the morning we are cataloging the books of our Bible Institute library.  The new Bible Institute session will start the first week of July.

Since schools are out for summer break, we had a VBS that was attended by around 400 children!

Last month, we got the chance to visit a family. We conducted a meeting along with a Bible Institute student. They got the chance to lead the meeting and shared the Gospel to those that were there. As the students are learning at the Bible Institute, they are also getting chances to preach during house visitation.

We also visited brother J* last month. We had fellowship with him and prayed for him. A few months ago he had an accident. While he was on his way to work, a truck hit him from behind. He was under the truck. He badly injured his arm, legs, and internal organs. He was in critical condition. He was admitted into the hospital for some months. Churches and we were praying for him. God heard our and the church’s prayers and God saved him.

Brother J* lost his right leg in the accident. Now he is home. He has two kids. Please pray for him and his family.

Last month, my kids had their school exams. They did well. My daughter scored 2nd in the class and my son scored 3rd in the class. Thank you for your prayers.

Last month, our daughter suffered with pneumonia. She was admitted in the hospital for three days. Now, my daughter is fine. Please pray for both of our children to stay healthy and grow in Lord.

Last month, I had the opportunity to visit a church in a village and share the Word of God with the people there. The church is 15 km from town. It is in a large village. The church I visited used to be filled with new believers, but now it was not full. I talked with the local pastor about the decreased number of believers. He said that since the persecution stared, many people have stopped coming to church. Please pray that the new believers will grow strong in their faith.

Our second semester at CBI started after Christmas break. Now the students are being taught 1&2 Samuel, Ezra & Nehemiah, the Gospel of Luke, Acts, Romans, and 1&2 Corinthians. The students are enjoying learning these books.

I am teaching 1 & 2 Samuel, and have just finished teaching 1 Samuel. I learned so much from 1 Samuel while teaching it. I especially learned from the lives of Samuel, Saul, Jonathan, and David. I am excited to learn more from 2 Samuel and to teach it to the students. Please pray for me to have godly wisdom, and understanding, and that I will be guided by the Holy Spirit as I prepare to teach the book.

Praise the Lord

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Dear supporters and prayer partners, thank you for your prayers and financial support. We are praying for your families and your country. By the grace of God, my family and I are doing well. God has kept us safe.

In November, we got an opportunity to visit a family with one of our students. The student led prayer, and we had good fellowship with the family.

Also in November, we visited a school and organized doing some social work with them. We taught the children how to be healthy, and my wife taught the girls how to lead healthy lives.

Last month, we conducted a Christmas program where we invited children.

We shared the Gospel and distributed gifts to them. About 60 children gathered from different religions.

We had Christmas caroling in a different area, where we visited with students and church people. We shared the Good News with them. Thank God–some people from the community came for prayer and shared their prayer requests with us!

We also visited the nursing home, where we sang songs and shared the

Good News with them and prayed for them.

• Please pray for my state, as persecution is increasing day by day.
• Please pray for church believers to grow in the Lord.

Praise the Lord

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you, dear supporters and prayer partners, for your prayers and financial support. We are praying for your family and your country. By the grace of God my family and I are doing well.

Last month we started Bible College in our area. By the Grace of God we have six students. Some are from our state and two are from different states. Some are newly born in Christ and some are old enough in Christ.

Last month, I also visited the hospital and got a chance to pray for a sick person. He was suffering from pneumonia and another health problem.

Last month my children turned four. God has been so faithful to keep them safe. God also helped us to lead them in God’s Word. They passed nursery and now they are in Kindergarten. I thank God that they are studying well and performing well in their class.

Lately, I have been studying from 1 Kings. There I am learning from King David’s life. God blessed me to learn how David was faithful in his life and how he obeyed God’s commandments in his life .

• Please pray for my wife to get a transfer so that we may stay together and serve the Lord.

• Pray for God’s wisdom and strength to take care of my children and learn His Word.
