 Warm Christian Greetings from Pakistan!

We feel so blessed to have you in our lives and ministry and to be able to share all with you!   Eight years ago we could not have imagined the way the LORD would transform our lives; and, we could not have dreamed of the ministry He would give us!   We are all blessed to see God’s wonderful and mighty hand at work in Pakistan and, we praise and thank Him for everything – especially for you, our brothers and sisters in the Lord!

Ministry – A Year in Review

OUR GROUP BIBLE STUDIES:

The BibleBible Study Nadeem Studies began in two villages at the beginning of the year and have now expanded to five study groups (which are more like Home Churches).  It is exciting the men and women actively involved and growing in the Lord with the verse by verse teaching method.  The size of the groups continues to grow as more and more people come to study the Word.

The New Women’s Ministry

Bible Study for ladies Sewing Group learning about PrayerThis is such an exciting addition to the ministry!  It is began as an instant success!

One Sewing Center has already opened and is equipped with seven sewing machines and an ironing board and iron.  The women have an opportunity to get them out harsh and often dangerous working conditions to learn a trade.  They love it and are so grateful to you who have made this possible.  These Christian women learn sewing skills during the week then have a Bible study with Farah and enjoy Fellowship with one another around the Lord on Saturdays.  We praise God for calling Farah to minister to these poor and unreached ladies!

The Childrens’ Bible Studies

The children’s groups are OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAamazing!  There are 1,000 children attending in 25 different villages.  Each group has a fine Sunday school teacher and Joseph Arif (a CCP Team Member) oversees each group.   Thanks to the folks at World Missionary Press, we recently received another container of Spiritual Booklets to be distributed throughout Pakistan at no charge to the receivers.  We praise God that poor Christian children village children and their families are able to teach themselves from those booklets.

SERpak editedBooks written by popular American authors and then translated into Urdu for Pakistani use is another exciting addition to the ministry! A great need of Pakistani Christians is sound Bible study resources. The Lord laid the burden on our hearts to work for this purpose.  It is a challenging and time consuming task to translate English books into Urdu, but it is essential as those materials are lacking in Pakistan!  We

Mormon Apologetic SerPakhave permission to use teaching materials from Chuck Smith and Dr. Normal Geisler and have just sent our first translated book off to the printers – “Effective Prayer Life” by our dear Pastor Chuck Smith.

A detailed research work on Mormonism in Urdu language. A 10 chapters book is being penned by Nadeem Massey. This will provide great detail about the origin & rise of Mormonism, about the life and teachings of Joseph Smith and other Mormon prophets plus Mormon doctrines, concepts and main teaching which are totally in contrast to Biblical Teachings!

We request you to kindly pray for Nadeem Massey, pray for blessings, wisdom and guidance for him to complete this important task to help Pakistani church for the glory of our Lord!

The Urdu Bible Program

FREE Bibles for pooUrdu Bible Programr Christian villagers is a vital part of our ministry.  Because our donors give to the Urdu Bible fund, we are able to give a Bible free of charge to those who would never be able to buy one on their own.  Most of these villages aren’t reached by any pastors, so we encourage people to keep reading the Bible for their guidance. As well as literature and Bible distribution, our team continues to arrange and participate in different seminars and conferences to help people understand about the cultic movements and their dangerous teachings.

In these photos, Mr. Arif is taking Urdu Bibles to the very hardworking Christians in a remote village.  These men and women make bricks in the heat of the Pakistan sun for little money, enough to feed their family at best. They are very grateful to receive the free gift of a Bible in their own language of Urdu.
