“Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.” (Psalms 126:5-6)
It was a great time during the Bible College Semester break. I was able to visit my family who lives in the East. This is where I used to serve God alongside my elder brother for many, many years. This time, while I was there, I happened to see so many other believers that I had served with before and was able to fellowship with them. They allowed me to teach at the church as well as their youth group. My two kids, Asher and Amosh, also spent time with the other kids who attend the church.
“To open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.” (Acts 26:18)
I was introduced to two men who work for the government and happened to talk a lot with them about Christ. I didn’t plan to share the Gospel with them; but when I saw they were eager to know about Christ, Who is being made known all over the country, I shared with them. They asked me a bunch of questions about church and Christianity. When I started to talk with them and answered their questions about Jesus, I realized how much of a great need the Gospel is in the mist of people who only hear a little bit about Christ. When I talked about the Lord, they said, “We never knew of such a thing in our life.” We are praying that these guys will come to Christ soon, as they are near to the Kingdom of God.
Thank you for your prayers,
Anand, Usha, Asher & Amos
