Brian and Jill Kanyike –  Kampala, Uganda

Life and ministry seem to be moving slowly as Uganda is mostly still under lock down and curfew.

Prayer Requests:
1. Please pray for everyone to stay healthy. Luke was very sick and then Liana a week later. Both went to ER screaming in pain on their stomachs but the Dr. found nothing.  Though Luke had swollen lymph nodes in his tummy. The Dr.  thinks maybe it was a virus. Both are OK now.   Now Luke and Laylee have rashes which the Dr. also thinks is a virus. I don’t know where they could be getting these things since they don’t go anywhere.

2. Pray for safety as crime and violence has been on the rise. Lately many riots and protests. The other day they were very close. It sounded and felt like a war as the riot police used water canons and such to disperse crowds. The booms literally were shaking our windows.

3. Homeschooling has been a little challenging. Being together 24/7 for months has made patience for everyone a little hard. Pray for patience and grace for everyone with everyone.

4. Pray for the church as people are suffering. We are helping best we can with the money we normally would use for tea after Sunday service.

5. Uganda is repatriating people who were stuck outside Uganda. Many of them are testing positive upon arrival. Pray that this does not lead to a massive outbreak.

6. For 2 years now Uganda has not had a proper dry season.  The lake is higher then ever recorded and many people have lost their homes and lives.  Even now when it normally should be dry it is pouring down heavily everyday.  Pray for a time of dryness and for people who are affected to be safe and provided for.

Thank you for praying for our family and for Uganda.

God bless you,

Ends of the Earth Ministries

In South Sudan:
Please continue to pray for the nation of South Sudan. Decades of Civil War have collapsed the economy, resulting in mass starvation and desperation. Hopelessness and violence run rampant throughout communities.

Pray for our 500 students that are being daily discipled in the love of God and His Word, so they may lead their nation Into a new season of hope.

Pray for the 75 children and young adults in our children’s home and for the Missionary parents that are laying down their lives to provide peace and unconditional love to these precious ones.

Please pray for the new churches in the Tauso & Taposa villages. Pray that the pastors and medical staff will have the spiritual and physical tenacity to handle the countless challenges while living amongst Stone-Age tribes.

In Kenya:Pray for the refugee students in our missionary training college in the Kakuma Refugee Camp. They are fasting and praying as they prepare to return to South Sudan to begin reaching cities across the border in North Sudan, with hopes to plant churches amongst Muslim peoples in 2020-21.

In USA:Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs. We are in the throws of launching two new schools this year.

The first – International School, will be used in Bible Colleges as a complete missions training course.

The second – Transformation, is a cross-cultural immersion training program, equipping missionaries to assimilate into their new culture while learning the language and world view.

Pray that God would continue to empower, envision and sustain us as we seek to establish nationally led, culturally relevant, biblical-based churches among unreached peoples.

Yours for the unreached,
Pastor Rob – Email Blog

Gary and Tina Barrow – Truckee, California

Praise God:
-First, praise the Lord that He has provided for us to start meeting together as a church. For the past 4 Sundays we have been able to meet in a local park. It has been so neat to see the body of Calvary Chapel Truckee come together, even under these COVID restrictions.

-Secondly, I want to praise the Lord with you that God is allowing us to buy our first home. We have never had a home of our own. The Lord has always said, up to this point, He wanted us to be able to go wherever He would call us. Now that He is planting us here, He is opening a door that Tina has longed for.

-For Calvary Chapel Truckee, I thank God that He has us in a place where we desperately need Him.

Prayer Requests:
1. Please pray for vision, sensitivity to His Spirit, for His power to work mightily in the church.

2. Pray that His word would go forth in power and souls would be saved. We are waiting on the city to approve our plans to build out our space.
We are asking the Lord to raise up a gifted and dedicated youth leader to take over a struggling youth ministry.

3. We are asking the Lord to make us a light in a dark community. A community that needs Jesus desperately.

4. We’re asking the Lord to open doors for us to have a Spanish speaking ministry.

5. For vision on how to reach out to those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol, to reach out to those in broken marriages, for business men and women who have discovered there is no lasting fulfillment in seeking wealth.

6. for a Young Adults ministry we want to start. Pray for God’s timing.
As always, please continue to pray for South Asia. We are currently in the 3rd week of a new semester at one college and are planning, Lord willing, to start another semester at another college mid September. Please, please keep this work and those on the ground in your prayers. Their Covid restrictions are much tougher than ours and that amidst increasing persecution.

7. As always, Tina and I are so thankful for your willingness to stand with us in the ministry to see our Lord and Savior exalted among those who do not know Him.

Thank you for your prayers.
God bless,
and Tina –  Email Blog

2. Violence has been increasing as people disobey covid laws and police try to enforce them. Also, as people begin trying to campaign for January elections.

4. Pray for Luke as this weekend we had to take him to ER for extreme stomach pain and vomiting. They had to give him 2 injections to stop pain and calm him down. Ends of the Earth Ministries

Prayer Requests:

In Kenya:
Pray for the refugee students in our missionary training college in the Kakuma Refugee Camp. They are fasting and praying as they prepare to return to South Sudan to begin reaching cities across the border in North Sudan, with hopes to plant churches amongst Muslim peoples in 2020-21.

In USA:
Pray for the Missions Equip Training Programs.

Praise Report:
-Praise God, He has kept us safe from the persecution and the corona virus.

-Praise God for fulfilling all of our basic needs during the lock down.

Vincent Family July 2019 Missions Update

Greetings from Mexico,

Our family hopes that you are your’s have had a blessed start to the summer! In our monthly update, I love to tell you about our missions and church planting adventures, but ultimately, most of what we do is tied up around our local church here in Rosarito Mexico! So in this update, I want to talk to you about what goes on at our local church during the week!

Our focus at our church is always on our weekend services. Presently, our weekend series is a series I have titled “The Greatest Stories Ever Told” , a verse by verse through the book of Genesis. Although our three weekend services in the sanctuary are our focus, they certainly aren’t the only thing going on in our church campus!

During each one of our services, we have a new believers class taking place where those that have recently professed faith can learn the basics of the faith! These new believers graduate from this class by getting baptized at our monthly baptism. Praise God that at our June Baptism, we had the honor of baptizing 16 people, most of them new believers.

Also on Sunday mornings we offer a bilingual adult Sunday School class that we call “Pillars”  that focuses on the pillars of the Christian faith. Graduating from this course is a requirement to serve at our church. On any given Sunday morning we will have 20 friends taking this course, desiring to join the over 200 weekly servants that volunteer their time every week to serve God and His people.  Over the summer we offer a special Wednesday edition of the pillars class during our midweek service, and the first week we had over 30 people attend the summer edition! (Pictures are of our Wednesday Pillars class taking place on our new upper room patio)

Also during our weekend services we are averaging over 300 children that have fun, receive love,  and (most importantly) learn  about Jesus! Our teachers gently and kindly share the message of salvation with all of our first time little guests, and many of these children have professed faith in Jesus Christ!

During the week, our activities change, but they certainly don’t slow down! At our midweek (Wednesday evening service) we are averaging over 500 men women and children coming out to study the life of Jesus through the Gospel of Luke! I have had the privilege of allowing my assistant pastors and visiting pastors to teach this series this summer, and they have blown me away with their teaching gifts.

Our main youth services meet on Wednesday nights with special events every Friday evenings. We also have a young adult group (ages 18 to 28) we call AGAMOS ( Greek word for un-married ) and they meet every Friday night and also host a once a month worship concert for the church!

Besides those ministries, each week we have the normal men’s and women’s Bible studies, purity groups for men and women, and over 20 small groups (we call them life groups) that meet throughout our city! We are also blessed to have a vibrant Celebrate Recovery Ministry that meets twice a week to help people overcome their hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

One of the things that blesses me the most is we have so many of our church friends involved in outreach and mercy ministries. Visiting the prisons and the dump weekly, serving in orphanages and men’s rehab centers, and the kids club that brings in street children every Saturday for a meal and a message about Jesus! All of these ministries are thriving and led by believers in our church.

Finally, one of our most important ministries of all is what we call our welcome center. Our church congregation does a great job inviting their unsaved friends and family members to come to our church! When our guests arrive, they experience the love of Jesus through His people, and receive an invitation to forgiveness and salvation at the end of each sermon. But to properly welcome these guests, our welcome center team does a fantastic job of telling them about the church, and giving them a little welcome gift.

As you can see our church is BUSY BUSY BUSY! But praise God that our believers are not only equipped to do the work of the ministry, they do it with joyful hearts! And they aren’t the only ones that do the work of the ministry here, YOU our precious friends and supporters are just as important to the great work that God is doing here! It is through your prayers that God meets our spiritual needs, and through your financial partnership that God meets our physical needs!  So once again, we want to tell you thank you!

Con mucho amor de Mexico,  (with much love from Mexico)
Mike, Sarah, Grace, and Daniel

Prayer Requests!

#1-  That God would help us plug in and disciple the guests and non-believers that are visiting our church!

#2-  That God would continue to provide for the needs of our family and church in Rosarito!

Praise Reports!
#1- Praise God for a great start to the summer, with 16 June Baptisms!

#2- Praise the Lord for 30 more friends that want to serve weekly at our church and are taking our Wednesday Pillars class!

Gause Update June 2019

Family in Christ, thank you so much for your physical and spiritual support for our family as we have been serving the Lord in Mexico for 6 1/2 years now.  How the time flies! Brian and Jamie have graduated from High School, R.J and Mackenzie will follow in the next 2 years. It has been a journey of ups and downs and all arounds. Wouldn’t trade it for anything!

We have been reaching out in a local colonia called Hiberito.  It is an area where we are partnered with a men’s discipleship home.  The purpose of the home is to help men who are deported, men who are struggling with addictions.  Our church has been gathering every other week to play soccer with the local youth. It has been awesome.  We are inviting the community to come down to where we live, about 15 minutes away, to come have a day of fellowship and fun.  Our ultimate hope is that we would plant a home church in the area. How exciting!

Starting July 7, 2019 we will have two services on Sunday. Please keep our leaders and faithful servants in prayer as we step out in faith. We also teamed up with a Doctor to have a medical outreach.  We have trained 15 people from the body to participate and are hoping more come to serve.  That will be June 10th, 7a.m. We will be doing the outreach in a local swap meet, called a Sobre Ruedas.  We have a space to put up 4 tents and are expecting the Lord to save many!

We were blessed to celebrate all of the moms on Mother’s Day and our good friend, Timothy who is moving back to the states. Please be in prayer for the Lord to direct his next steps in serving the Lord.

Jamie got a new job at Hel-THe and although the minimum wage in Mexico is $8-10/day, she is blessed to have some extra money as she is praying about her plans for the future. Brian is working hard at finishing up High School and working while RJ continues to play sports any chance he gets. Mackenzie celebrated her sweet 16 and got her drivers license. So we now have 4 drivers in the house!

The Gause family is very thankful to have a community of believers that supports us in the mission field, meeting both our physical and spiritual need.  We have been so blessed to represent our Lord as well as those who support us. May the Lord bless you and guide you as you minister to the least and the lost.

 God bless you
Ryan , Karen, Jamie, Brian, Ryan, and Mackenzie.

Mosley Family June 2019

Numbers 9:17-23

17 Whenever the cloud lifted from above the tent, the Israelite’s set out; wherever the cloud settled, the Israelite’s encamped. 18 At the Lord’s command the Israelite’s set out, and at his command they encamped. As long as the cloud stayed over the tabernacle, they remained in camp. 19 When the cloud remained over the tabernacle a long time, the Israelites obeyed the Lord’s order and did not set out. 20 Sometimes the cloud was over the tabernacle only a few days; at the Lord’s command they would encamp, and then at his command they would set out. 21 Sometimes the cloud stayed only from evening till morning, and when it lifted in the morning, they set out. Whether by day or by night, whenever the cloud lifted, they set out.22 Whether the cloud stayed over the tabernacle for two days or a month or a year, the Israelite’s would remain in camp and not set out; but when it lifted, they would set out. 23 At the Lord’s command they encamped, and at the Lord’s command they set out. They obeyed the Lord’s order.

This verse has become the definition of our lives this past year! When the cloud lifts, we have set out and when the cloud has settled, we have stayed. What a change a month can bring; the cloud has lifted, and we are on the move again! It has been eleven months since we set out as missionaries, ready to follow the Lord where He would lead us. What a journey this has been. I think we can say with confidence this has been the best and the hardest year of our lives. The lessons that we have learned, the adventures we have had, the time with our kids, and the experience of living by faith have been priceless. The adventure continues as we, again, move into a new chapter of our lives.

We have been asked by our home church, Calvary Chapel Napa, to come back and serve in a new capacity. Calvary Chapel Napa is launching a new ministry called The Bridge Napa. This program is a residential discipleship ministry to those that struggle with addiction. Aaron will be one of the people overseeing the program, providing safety, structure, discipleship, and supervision for the purpose of restoring people back to God, family, work, and community. After much prayer we have accepted the call to come back to Napa and serve along-side our home church and community in this exciting and much needed ministry.

Oregon quickly became our home for the last two months and we are sad again to be moving on. We loved our time of service there and will treasure our friends, new and old, and the church that so warmly welcomed us. It is hard when “the cloud lifts” and we know it is time to move on, however, as a family, we have promised God that we will be on His mission wherever He sends us, for as long as He sends us.

Aaron will continue serving the Law Enforcement community, now primarily in Napa. We attended a training in May on the subject of first responder peer support which proved to be a very useful and important training. Aaron is looking forward to continuing to fellowship with these amazing men and women as they encourage one another to grow in their relationships with our Heavenly Father. The discipleship group is still meeting once a month.

God quickly and miraculously provided a house for us in Napa, despite the insane and ridiculously competitive market. We have found the saying true “where God guides, He provides.” We are very grateful for the people that He uses to accomplish His purposes. The house the Lord has provided will not be ready for us until approximately the second week of July. In the mean-time we are hoping to spend some time in Monterey shadowing and being trained by the Pastors of The Bridge Monterey, where the residential discipleship program originated fourteen years ago.

There are two big questions that keep coming up that we want to address:

First: “Is Aaron going back to work in law enforcement?” The answer is no, we do  not believe the Lord is leading that direction at all.

Second: “Are you still missionaries?” Yes, we are still missionaries.  We know that we are challenging peoples common understanding of missionaries. Normally we think of missionaries as people in far off lands. Right now, we are continuing to serve as local missionaries to our community. Our definition of being a missionary is being set apart to live solely for the purpose of being on Gods mission to make disciples of all nations (including this one). That means we live by faith. It means that we trust God to provide for us what we need when we need it. He has yet to let us down and we are so grateful. There is nothing more exciting than to live by faith and watch God come through, we LOVE it!

Until next month!

Following Paul the Apostle to Spain…Ruano Update

When you look back at Paul’s missionary journeys, you’ll notice that he kept expanding his mission field.  He started off in Antioch and then he kept moving to the west, and a little more to the west, and then farther out to the west!  Heading to Spain meant traveling as far west as he possibly could; for Paul that meant sharing the gospel to “the ends of the earth”. Paul was an amazing missionary with a big vision!

“My ambition has always been to preach the Good News where the name of Christ has never been heard…I am planning to go to Spain, and when I do, I will stop off in Rome….I will come to see you on my way to Spain.” Romans 15: 20, 24, 28

You may be thinking, “Wait a minute Zully, the Bible never mentioned that Paul indeed traveled to Spain.”  You are absolutely right.  Although church tradition and historical scholars indicate that Paul made it to Spain, the Bible doesn’t recount a 4th missionary journey to Spain.  What the Bible does recount is Paul’s passion to keep moving forward for Christ. Paul was a man with a vision. He was a man with a desire to share Christ.  Despite the hardships he went through in his three previous missionary journeys, he desired to keep pushing through boundaries, both earthly ones and physical ones too. (Read his stirring list of hardships in 2 Corinthians 11:24-30!)

I recently listened to an interview of a Christian marathon runner named Ryan Hall.  He mentioned that he runs because he enjoys pushing himself and loves realizing that he can do a lot more than what he thought he could. As he goes through the pain and exhaustion of finishing a marathon race, he is able to run all the way to the finish line because when he focuses on someone or something outside of himself (i.e. his family, his charity foundation…etc.); he then has a purpose to keep running even though his body is ready to quit. Ryan Hall’s interview made me think about our Christian race. Are we running this Christian race with purpose? Are we willing to expand our vision? When the going gets tough, do we keep running knowing that we can endure this race because God and His calling are worth it?

While I’m not competing in a marathon race anytime soon, I am following Paul’s footsteps to Spain. I don’t mean that just literally. I want to follow his example in expanding my vision for Christ. I want to follow his example in pushing myself a little more to do those things that the Lord is calling me to do. I want to keep asking myself: How willing am I to push myself a little more for Christ each day? Am I willing to let go, to surrender, to sacrifice, to be uncomfortable for Him and for the sake of the gospel?

What is Christ calling you to do? How is He desiring that you expand your vision?

Let me tell you that just by reading this newsletter and taking part in my missionary journey, you are allowing the Lord to expand your vision! It’s so awesome that we can expand our vision together in the furtherance of the gospel to Spain! I’m very thankful that together we’re allowing the Lord to do something through us that only He can do! It’s never too late to partner with us in Spain. Contact me and I can share ways that you can be part of this team!

Thank you for your prayers! I’m praying for you as well, that your vision may be expanded and that you may be amazed at what God can do in and through you!

God bless,

Mosley Family May Update – Open Doors

Our first month in Portland, Oregon has gone by so fast! After we first moved here, I began to wonder what we were going to do to fill our time but after a few days I discovered that was not something we needed to worry about!

As we have continued to pray and ask God for direction in ministry, a door has swung wide open within the law enforcement community. After retiring and laying down my badge last year, after 15.5 years, the Lord has continued to stir my heart for my fellow Law Enforcement Officers. I am beginning to see that God may be calling me to be a missionary to the Law Enforcement community. They really are their own tribe, speak their own language, have their own culture, and can be a very challenging group to reach with the gospel. I never really saw this ministry coming but I have a growing, unquenchable desire to support these men and women of Law Enforcement as they fulfill God’s calling on their lives.

As I shared last month, we have a solid group of Law Enforcement guys that are meeting in Napa once a month. I flew back to California at the end of April to meet with these guys, encourage them, and support them in their job, and more importantly in their walk with Christ. We will continue to meet once a month to encourage, support, and pray for one another. My good friend John and I are producing weekly YouTube videos for the guys and gals involved in this group to help keep everyone engaged and offer support during the weeks we are not meeting together. The group has been growing in interest and we are hoping to start working toward one on one discipleship.

I don’t believe this door for ministry would have swung so wide if we hadn’t moved up here to Portland. I have been able to make several connections with Christian Law Enforcement officers in the area. It’s through these connections I have learned about other First Responder support ministries. I’ve spent most of the month meeting with different people, whether on the phone or in person, from local and national organizations, that are involved in Law Enforcement ministry. So far, I have been speaking to an organization called Navigators and the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers, which are both nationally known ministries. It has been exciting to connect with people that are doing great things for God within Chicago PD and with folks in the Tennessee area too. Each encounter has taught me more about how I can serve our Law Enforcement officers. There is also a possibility that Jackie will be working with Law Enforcement spouses, which is also much needed. Many times, these women go unnoticed and the impact these jobs have on the spouses can be very devastating.

We are working on a project called “Cover Unit. In police terms a cover unit is an officer’s backup. The job of a cover unit is to watch and offer a secondary level of protection, to support the primary responding officer on his/her call. With this in mind, I began thinking about how I could be these guys “Cover Unit” in a spiritual sense. It began to occur to me that I could be a cover unit to the officers on the street by committing to pray for these men and women and “covering” them in prayer. The idea began to grow. I want to go beyond just supporting in a general sense and support by prayer. I’ve been able to share this concept with several officers, deputies, and organizations about the idea and there is a lot of excitement and momentum behind praying for officers! So, stay tuned for more to come about the Cover Unit Ministry.

The other component of being in Oregon is serving alongside our friends in the local church. We had a great time helping with the Easter Egg Hunt a couple of weeks ago and it was a neat opportunity to get to know some folks at the church and meet people from the neighborhood. This week we started doing a Drive-Thru prayer stop at the church, where people can drive into the parking lot and be prayed for. It was interesting watching the people that came first drive by and then intentionally turn around to receive prayer, the Holy Spirit drew the people that needed prayer. Praise God that we have been able to meet and make some new friends and even have them over for dinner a couple of times. God knows how much we love all of our friends back home and in Mexico, so He graciously brought some new families into our lives. I’ve had the opportunity to continue meeting weekly with a brother from the church to encourage and support him in his relationship with the Lord. He has been such an encouragement to me as well. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17).

As you can see, it’s been a busy month. We ask that you come along side us this month in prayer.

Please pray for:

  • The church here at Faith on Hill- that God would continue to use it as a beacon of light to the neighborhood.
  • For our group of officers in Napa – that they would continue to stand strong in their faith in a dark work place.
  • God would continue to open doors for ministry within the Law Enforcement community
  • Unity, strength, and provision for our family

Until next month!

The Pavel Family – May 2019 Update

APRIL 2019 – THE RESURRECTION

“Webster argues that the Protestant church itself is in need of evangelization, since it has been heavily influenced by radical pluralism, individualism and relativism.”Christian Apologetics in the Postmodern World – Phillips, Timothy & Okholm, Dennis (1995)

1 Timothy 1:5-6 read, Now the goal of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith. Some have deviated from these and turned aside to fruitless discussion. (HCSB)

This April I have had the privilege to share about the importance of God having a plan to save me and the youth listening to me. This generation especially children of trauma have a hard time believing the Gospel of Christ’s death and resurrection. While none of them would go so far as to say the event did not occur, but when asked if they would repent and commit their lives to Christ, learn His teaching, and obey his commands, they shrug and have responded by saying when they see the church doing so then they will too.

Some of you may know young people like this. Some of you may have encountered or taught young people and responded in various ways but hearing a young person say this still stings with truth. I can’t ignore their proposition but what I have been able to demonstrate is what 1 Timothy 1:5-6 shares. As a teacher, mentor, pastor, and disciple maker, my technique must be in love because that’s the way Jesus responded and spoke to people in His ministry. I’ve noticed that all the power and testimony found in the resurrection account misses its mark in another person if I don’t use the love from a pure heart, a good conscience and a sincere faith.

These virtues have been so difficult for me to achieve. I can not maintain consistency in my own power and I have had to simply cry out to the Lord to demonstrate His power in my weakness. It’s in this moment precisely that the Gospel of the Resurrection of Christ comes alive because I realize this is the tangible object of my belief in God. I can not teach, mentor, preach or make disciples for God without this object of faith.

So, this is my encouragement to the faithful brothers and sisters who are among a generation that is saturated in pluralism, individualism, and relativism. Let the Gospel message be the singular truth, be communal, and be dependent on God to get a pure heart, a good conscience and a sincere faith in God’s goodness.

Pray for this generation because they desperately need it. They must be prepared if they are to survive the traps set for them throughout their lives.

Thank you for your love and prayers,

I’m Just a Branch – A Lesson on Dependence – Ruano Update

“Lord, if You were leaving to Spain and you had a long list of things to do, what would Youdo? How would You handle it all?”

Lately, my prayers have been very simple before the Lord. And His answers have been just as simple and practical!  This is what He spoke to my heart after the above prayer:

“Zully, if I were leaving to Spain, and had a long list of things to do, I would desperately seek my Father’s direction every single morning.”

Pretty straightforward! Two words stood out: “desperately seek”.

How do you desperately seek for something? Is it the kind of desperation like when you’re parched and look forward to a glass of water?  Desperate like when you’re lost for hours and will do anything for the exact directions to your destination? Desperate as if you were hanging from the edge of a cliff and cried as loud as you can for someone to save you? Yes, yes, and yes.  I need to be desperate enough to surrender everything to Him.

Shortly after I was learning about “desperately seeking” for the Lord, at just the right moment, I received lessons on John 15:5 that would solidify this new lesson on dependence.

The following are current personal updates that include a lesson I learned from the book Absolute Surrender by Andrew Murray (Ch. 9 – Ye Are the Branches):

Update 1: I have been blessed to share the call to Spain at various bible studies and on platforms like podcasts and webinars.  (The links to those studies & platforms will be at the end.) Those who know me, know that sharing on these public platforms have been a huge stretch for me; I’m amazed at what God is doing!

“Absolute dependence upon God is the secret of all power in work. The branch has nothing but what it gets from the vine, and you and I can have nothing but what we get from Jesus.”

Update 2: I started the visa process! There are so many components to the visa, so I am taking everything one step at a time.

“The living connection of the vine and the branches is hourly, daily, unceasingly… Just so, I must take that position…and morning by morning and day by day and hour by hour and step by step, in every work I have to go out to just to abide before Him in the simple utter helplessness of one who knows nothing, and is nothing, and can do nothing…. I have no care, my cares are His. I have no fear, He cares for all my fears.”

Update 3: The Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) is providing the needed assistance to help establish the Christian school in Mallorca. Therefore, the Lord has put a team together both in Spain and in the US to help begin the school!

“If I am something, then God is not everything; but when I become nothing, God can become all…We need to become nothing.”

What freedom I found in recognizing that I am just a branch! I don’t have to strive or control anything but depend on the Vine and in His direction.  It’s as if I have taken a front row seat, and I am watching His every move; it’s exciting! My heart’s desire is that you would take a front row seat with me!  What ministry gift does God want you to contribute to this mission?

Your generosity in financially partnering with me, every prayer you make on my behalf, every encouraging message and counsel you send… etc. are some ways that you can share your ministry gift with our work in Spain. If you want to learn more on how to partner with me in this exciting venture of faith, please do not hesitate to contact me! I’m truly blessed that we’re in this together!

God bless,
Zully
