“That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,”
Philippians 3:10
Hi everyone!! Thank you for reading this month’s newsletter! I want to start off by apologizing for not writing for the month of April. Your prayers have been heard and answered! I really have been growing in the time management part of life. However, it’s still something I continue to grow in. I would love to be able to share every blessing God has given me and every word He has said. Instead, I’ll be sharing key moments that happened during Passion week!
Stater dinner time!! This was my first ever Jewish tradition!Everyone was able to pitch in and bring some delicious food and drinks. Pastor Nick led a whole group of us in the usual Jewish traditions like the washing of hands, partaking of the bitter herbs, Matzah etc. This was a blessing because I really got to see what they used to do BC days. I loved learning about it, but honestly, I’m so grateful of what Jesus did on the cross and fulfilled the ultimate sacrifice. We don’t have to do these traditions or sacrifices anymore. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

Easter Sunday!
There isn’t enough words to describe the gratitude I have towards Jesus. This was my first Easter celebrating it for the true meaning, Jesus! I had the opportunity to serve in the kitchen! So the team and I started with prepping, baking and cooking. I was so very joyful I was able to serve along side Brian and the rest of the team. As soon as the worship started, I just started bawling my eyes out. I reflected on where I was at just 1 year ago. I was in such a dark and lonely place, heartbroken and felt like I was without God. To now, being completely surrounded by people who love me like family and were worshipping God. I was in such awe of Him and His presence I had such an overwhelming thankfulness to Him. For Him. Not just that, but what He did on the cross for me. He demonstrated His own love towards us, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

OH HOW TIME FLIES….

I am beyond amazed of the fact that I can look the same, BUT WOW. My mind and spirit is changed. 2023 I was living “my best life” working 2 jobs, full time college student and weightlifting. To 2024 I was wanting a deeper relationship with God and trying to walk in this “new” life. All the way to 2025. A missionary training student with a hunger and passion for the Lord Jesus Christ.
PRAYER REQUEST:
Almost 1 year ago my life was changed when I took HUGE step of faith by going out to Mexico for 6 weeks with a random Church I’ve never heard of. Scared that my liver would be on the black market, I trusted God. After surviving the most ethereal experience, I now have an opportunity to serve and lead a group of students that are also taking a step of faith! I am extremely blessed to have this opportunity! However, this is difficult for me as I’m still paying off some debt. I always knew that the Lord could provide for me to go. However I didn’t really want to accept that He would. After lots of prayer and words of encouragement, I want to be obedient. So, I ask that you all would be along side me. Praying diligently that the Lord would use me where He calls me. That I would be able to raise support not for me, but for the investment and the furtherance of the LIVING GOSPEL!
Answered prayers:
- I’ve improved on my teaching and changed my studying style
- Getting better at scheduling and being timely
- I wake up almost every morning with a worship song in my heart
Prayer Request:
- The Holy Spirit would set a revival!
- That the Lord would free me from the bondage of debt so I can follow Him freely!
- That I would not have doubt when asking God to move
- That God would allow me a way to go to CSOM
Ways to Support:
PRAYER:
The Lord constantly reminds me how much prayer is important. Even when He was talking to His disciples in Matthew 9:38. While He could have said “Go!” He, instead said “pray”.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
John 12:3 Tells us that Mary, regardless of having little, she gave Jesus a very expensive oil. Not regarding the fact that she could have sold it for twice as much. Instead, she realized the worthiness of Christ and how everything else became worthless when it came to serving Christ.
SHARE THE VISION:
Even if you are not able to help financially, prayer and word of mouth can go a long way! I love to share the story God wrote using me. This is His story and He so graciously allows me to share it.
Thank you all for your time and support! I pray that this would go forth and that you found encouragement through this. Have a blessed day!
Love, Ariana
