SGWM is committed to the training of every missionary that is preparing to go to the field in any capacity whether that is a short-term mission’s trip, short-term or long term missionary. We recognize the extremely important need to fully equip every missionary to be able to function in a foreign country and be ready for all the trial and challenges that will come their way both on and off the field.

We train every missionary biblically and culturally in order that they would be able to function to the fullness of their abilities and be an equipped and sharpened tool in the hand of God. Every missionary is different, as well as, the needs of the particular country they will be serving in. With these truths in focus we create an in depth training experience for every missionary and missionary’s family that will be most effective to their needs and the needs of the country they will be working in. We also strive to work with our missionaries while they are home and on the field in order to ease the burdens and sharpen each other through ongoing discipleship and friendship as we work together in reaching the nations one soul at a time.

A Note to Senior Pastors:

SGWM is the missions department of Calvary Chapel Saving Grace and what makes SGWM a unique mission’s organization is that the director is a Senior Pastor.  If you are praying about sending one of your congregants through SGWM; we want you to know that we are committed to serve you. As the missionaries Senior Pastor we want to work alongside of you and the vision that God has given you for your missionary and the work that is on your hearts. As far as training is concerned, we will meet with you and the missionary and develop a training schedule that you feel comfortable with. We recognize that you know and have been discipling your missionary for years so we are totally comfortable with the decisions that you make.
