Praise the Lord! Greetings to you!

I thank God for all of His work that He does in my life, and I am well because of His grace. I thank all of you who continually pray for and support me. I especially would like to share with you the new things that are going on in my church. All of the church members are doing really well. I rejoice, seeing everyone’s heart and enthusiasm for God. All are doing well, by God’s grace. Thank you all, that you pray for them as well.

Right now, I am teaching through the book of Acts in my church. We have almost reached the end of this book. We have learned many things from Acts, like how the churches began and how many people heard the Gospel and gave their lives to God.

We have especially studied Paul’s life and his dedication to the Word of God. He was faithful in every way toward the God’s Word, and he completed the work that was given to him. We studied his missionary journey, how he taught and strengthened the believers. Paul corrected many wrong beliefs that they had as a result of their lives before they became Christians. Even through all of his difficulties, Paul remained faithful and continued the work. He was faithful even until death. Studying the book of Acts helped us to correct many things in our own church, so I thank God for this book, through which we could learn.

I went to a place to share the Gospel recently. I have known the people I went to visit for a long time; they knew that I am a Christian. When they had first found out that I became a Christian, I was not welcome at their house.
But, whenever I saw them, I would stop and talk with them. This time when I was in their town, the Holy Spirit told me to go visit them in their home. I could not stop myself, so I went to visit them. This time, they were very welcoming. I had a good opportunity to share the Gospel with them. While I was sharing the Gospel, the woman of that family told me that she wanted to accept Jesus. She wanted to know what she needed to do. It was really encouraging for me that she asked me about what she should do to believe. I remembered Acts chapter 2, where Peter shared the Gospel, and then the people asked Peter what to do. Peter told them to repent and believe. Then, she was concerned about what her family and husband will say if she believes on Jesus. Truly, when someone accepts Jesus here, they have a very difficult time thinking about how their family members will react. This is a common situation people have when they are given the opportunity to accept Jesus. I told this woman that if you really accept Jesus, you will see a change in your life and in your family. Even though this woman’s family is very rich, they are facing many problems and they do not have peace. Please pray that this woman will truly accept Jesus as her Savior.

Prayer requests:

1) I am applying to study at Calvary Chapel Bible College in California. It is a really good opportunity for me to learn the Word more and to be used by God more. Please pray that if it is God’s will, He will open the door for me.

2) Pray for the woman who I shared about above, that she will truly accept Jesus as her Savior.

3) Pray for a brother who comes to my fellowship. He used to drink a lot of alcohol, but now he has not been drinking that much. Please pray that God will help him to totally stay away from drinking, so that he can be a good example to his family.

4) Pray for my church growth, that they will grow more in the Lord and that more people will hear about God.

5) Pray for me, that I will remain faithful for the Word of God, and will go to many new places to share the Word of God.

6) Pray for my family members; many of them do not believe. I have shared the Gospel with them, so please be praying.

7) Pray for one of my aunt’s (I have shared about her before); she is usually ill. Pray for her, and also that she will become strong in faith.

God bless you,
