Upper Room Bible Study ~ Week 3!
Students gathered once again upon the rooftop to hear Nadeem teach on the Book of Genesis. The heat was extreme (approx 112F). This was the 3rd in the new Bible study where Genesis is being taught line by line, verse by verse. This is the first time that these Christians have been taught the Word of God in this method. Typically pastors teach by topics, and there is a considerable focus on prosperity doctrines. Nadeem’s focus is to strengthen the weak Christians with the True Word of God, to make them strong and able to withstand the oppression and persecution and to do the work of the Lord!
The Lord provided money for 40 plastic chairs for the new Bible Study. With temperatures soaring 110 degrees and above, and increasing daily along with humidity, the chairs are a welcome relief.
