Saving Grace World Missions Golf Tournament : On Aug 27th 2010, we will be hosting our next SGWM Golf Tournament at the Black Gold Golf Course. This is an opportunity to raise money for SGWM and our missionaries. We have some exciting new ideas on how to better raise awareness for our ministry and our missionaries. Each team will be playing for one of our SGWM missionaries. The team that comes in 1st place, their missionary will receive a $400 donation. The team that comes in 2nd place, their missionary will receive a $200 donation. And the team that comes in 3rd place, their missionary will receive a $100 donation. Also, we have a handful of contest holes and the represented missionary of the winner of each contest hole will receive a $150 donation.

Missionary Helicopter Ball Drop: You could help a missionary win $2,500 and you get the tax write-off! How it works – At 6:30 on Aug 27th a helicopter will show up at Black Gold filled with as many Golf Balls as we sell. Each Golf Ball represents the missionary it was purchased for. The helicopter will hover over the 18th green and drop all the golf balls from its side door. The ball that lands at the bottom of the hole is the winner! Our goal is to sell 750 golf balls… and we need your help. Please consider picking up a “sellers packet” in the courtyard and taking them to your family, friends, workplace, etc… and selling as many golf balls as you can in whatever missionary’s name you want. Saving Grace World Missions Banquet Dinner: On Aug 27th from 6:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. we will be hosting our first ever SGWM Banquet Dinner. This is going to be an incredibly fun time and an awesome opportunity to raise awareness and money for SGWM and our missionaries. We will be raffling off some amazing prizes, eating a delicious tri-tip or BBQ chicken dinner, and hearing a message and update from Mike Thiemann on SGWM and it’s future. Everyone is invited!
