Greetings,
By now, I’m sure you have all heard about the disastrous earthquake that has hit the people of Haiti.
So far, we can confirm that the Haitian White House, UN Headquarters, and main hospital have been destroyed; along with entire neighborhoods in the capital city of Port au Prince. Thousands are sleeping outside from fear of aftershocks, thousands lay in the street waiting for help, and thousands have lost their lives. In total, three million people have been affected by this disaster.
Saving Grace World Missions along with Promise Child and a few other Calvary Chapels in Southern California are looking to respond to this terrible tragedy, provide relief, and most importantly share the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have started a Haiti Relief Fund, in which 100% of every dollar donated will be used towards our relief efforts in Haiti. We are currently working alongside Calvary Chapel WestGrove, Tru Hope International, and other relief organizations to assess the current needs and get a team on the ground in Haiti.
