Dear Friends and family,
Greetings from Calvary Chapel Pakistan, our families and whole team is fine. We praise God for His grace. It is very hot here, the highest temperature during the day time normally is 46° (114.8 Fahrenheit).God is good that we all are safe and all the church/ministry activities are going well.
Reaching the other Cities
These days we have very routine church activities like church services, online classes and recording. Online classes have been so effective that those who have been learning from our classes have started to work in their areas and the word of God is reaching more people in other cities as well. Here I want to share a little about what God is doing and how the lives of people are being blessed by teaching they receive from Calvary Chapel Pakistan.
Bahawalpur City
This is city is at the brim of desert. We have our online classes here, and not only that, our friend and team member Aftab is reaching many people in the surrounding areas. We will be visiting this city very soon for a training there and also for some teaching sessions. We praise God for what He is doing through this all, we are thankful to you for the prayers and support.
Sheikhupura City
This city is at one hour’s drive from our place. We have two bible study groups in this city. This is the city where I’ve visited the most and taught in different seminars. People are very open to receive the Word of God. Now we have two class, which means more than 60 young men learning in these two groups. We praise God for this as well, and we are thankful to you all for the prayers and support.
Faisalabad
One of our online student in the city of Faisalabad, (four hours drive from here) has started serving in his town among children. He and his wife really have amazing testimony. The guy here is truly a keen learner, and when he has been learning from the Word in this expository manner through online classes he felt compelled to start sharing that with other people. So this is the start of a small ministry.
Sahiwal and Okara Cities
Another guy who completed his seminary studies this year wanted to work with us. We have provided him the study material, Bibles, and some other helping material for the ministry. He is reaching his area for Christ and is working to start some proper Bible study project there. We praise God for this young man and pray for his all abilities and education to be used for our Lord’s glory.
