It is official! Our tickets are purchased and we will be Nepal bound on September 6, 2013!!

Newsletter (dragged) 3 It’s hard to believe the time is almost here! We want to thank each one of you who have prayed with us as the Lord has been preparing us for this huge step of faith. Please continue to pray for us as we make our final preparations.

As you can probably imagine, this is a very bittersweet time in our lives. We are both very excited to be able to begin our long-term ministry in Nepal, but we are also sad to be leaving our friends and family in the States.

The next 3-months will be dedicated to fundraising and getting the word out to churches and ministries about what we will be doing in Nepal. In August, we will be traveling to Colorado, Tennessee, New York, and Texas to visit family and to share at different churches.

Overcoming a Hurdle:

One major hurdle, that is in front of us, is to apply for Pankaj’s Green Card to be extended. We are not able to apply for this until July 11th. Since Pankaj came over here on a Fiancé Visa, he was only given a 2-year Green Card. By law, we are required to re-apply in July to get a 10-year Green Card for him. The application process is fairly easy; it just requires a good amount of money and time. It is the processing time that could cause a problem with our departure date.

Even though we will be spending most of our time oversees, it is important for Pankaj to have a Green Card so that we can travel to and from the States with ease, when needed.

Please pray that God gives us grace with the application process and that we receive Pankaj’s new Green Card before we leave on September 6th.

2nd Pure Worship Conference & Outreach Concert: DSC_0186_2

We will be hosting our 2nd Pure Worship Conference & Outreach Concert in Kathmandu (Nepal’s capital city) in February 2014! We are still putting together the team and praying over the details for the trip. If you would please pray for us as we work with Pastor Scott Cunningham and Pastor Brent Kaser on the date and team details, we would really appreciate it.

Monthly Support Needed:

DSC_0184Since we will be living in Nepal full-time, we are in need of financial support, on a monthly basis. Our personal monthly budget is $1300. This amount will cover our housing rent, food, utilities, oversees health insurance, missionary furlough saving, and other daily needs. Any additional monthly support that we receive will go directly toward helping our current ministry, Salvation Worship Ministries, as well as helping with the ground work for the School of Worship and church we will be starting in Kathmandu.

We would like to ask you to prayerfully consider supporting us on a monthly basis for $15 or more a month – any amount would help.

If you are not able to commit to a monthly donation, but would like to make a one time donation to our ministry, please make checks payable to Saving Grace World Missions (or SGWM) and put “Sarkar – Nepal” in the memo section of your check and mail it to 17451 Bastanchury Rd. Suite 203 Yorba Linda, CA 92886.

You can also make a one-time donation or sign up to be a monthly supporter by clicking HERE OR by clicking on the button at the end of this page.

All donations are tax-deductible. Thank you again for all of your love and support! We look forward to what the Lord has planned for us in the upcoming months.
