Calvary School of Missions

Saludos desde Mexico!
WE MADE IT! I’m glad to say that we have arrived in Rosarito, Mexico. I am beyond excited that I get to be a part of the Calvary School of Missions and I am looking forward to the ways that I will grow in my relationship with God and how He will lead me to the next step in this venture of faith. I wanted to thank all of you that have been praying for me. I am blown away with the ways God has answered my prayers. I know in my heart that God has called me to be a long-term missionary and this missionary training program has been an answer to prayer. I was sitting and thinking during class about how faithful God is and remembering a while back I would pray, “Lord here I am, send me! But how do I do this!?” In His perfect time He provided this school that will further equip me in the Great Commission that He has called me to. These past few days have already been amazing and I have been learning quickly to be patient and to wait on the Lord. I came into this having ideas and thoughts on how life as a long-term missionary would be, but the Lord has been teaching me to wait on Him. To trust that He will guide me to where He wants me and to just soak in His love and enjoy being His child.

The first few days here have already been amazing. We had an opportunity to go to a ministry that provides meals to underprivileged kids in a poor community and we had the privilege to serve them. I had the opportunity to share a message on Psalm 139 about how God knows us. Although I was very nervous, even speaking in my mother tongue, the Lord really taught me to depend on Him. It went well and the Lord was able to use me to impact not only the kids but even people in my group. I was super blessed by that. In these next couple of weeks, we will be having missionaries from around the world come and share about how God called them and share about their ministries. We will also be going to more outreaches and visiting church plants. I am excited for the ways God will equip me and challenge me as I am here.

I would like to invite you to partner with me in prayer.
•Please pray that God will either, confirm a place I have in my heart, or that He would show me where He wills for me to go.
•Please pray I would retain all the learning from class and have it engraved in my heart.
•Please pray that I would be sensitive to the voice of the Lord

Thank you all so much for coming alongside me and partnering with me in the furthering of the gospel. Together we bring light to those that are unreached and you all take part in the writing of the story the Lord has in my life.
