Gospel South America

Mission Statement: Gospel South America is dedicated to fulfilling the command of Jesus to preach the gospel to the whole world, and to make disciples of all nations through the planting of healthy Bible- teaching churches throughout South America and the world.

Our Heart: At GSA we hope to see God raise up passionate and dedicated servants of Jesus who love Him with all their heart and want to live entirely for Him. Our primary focus is the training & equipping of pastors and missionaries to plant churches throughout South America.

Our Who: Our Ministry base is in Trujillo, Peru and we are currently working with Peruvian nationals as well as Venezuelan refugees who have fled their country due to the crisis back home. We hope to train these nationals and refugees to be the future leaders in their countries and throughout all of South America. We also are hoping to see more and more international students who have a heart to make disciples and plant churches throughout the world.

Our How: The local church and Bible Training Center will work side by side to reach, disciple and equip. The GSA Training Center will include three phases aimed to see people grow, flourish, and bear much fruit to the glory of God.

Phase 1 is a live-in discipleship house with daily devotions, small group Bible studies, prayer times, as well as practical service, personal discipleship and evangelism through the local church while they continue to work and live in their city.

Phase 2 is our Bible College that will be a full-time program filled with Bible courses, practical service, mission trips, teaching opportunities, and more as they become rooted and grounded in the Word of God.

Phase 3 is our School of Ministry and the heart of GSA. Our SoM will emphasize the preparation of pastors, church planters, and missionaries. Those who are called to the ministry and enroll in the program will do a 1 year mentorship style training utilizing specific curriculum that will focus on preparing missionaries and church planters. They will be involved in church leadership, leading mission trips, regular teaching in public settings, and special projects to help prepare them to start new works throughout out South America and the world.

His Result:

GSA hopes to see:
– People who love Jesus and are passionately devoted to Him.
– Mature believers who are rooted in the truth of God’s Word.
– Servants who are prepared for every good work.
– Church planters and missionaries who are equipped to start healthy new works.
– Bible teaching churches lovingly and faithfully feeding God’s flock throughout South America.
– Dynamic and healthy ministries impacting and transforming their communities, cities and regions.

– A pastoral support system that allows both international and national missionaries to not only survive, but flourish in both and life and ministry. We want to set up our missionaries for success, and are invested in their well-being.
