Nepal – An Assessment Team Is On Its Way

I bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to thank everyone for your love, prayers, and support for the country of Nepal. It is my hope and prayer that our relief efforts will bring this entire country out of darkness into His marvelous light.

We have an assessment team on the way to Nepal and everyone should arrive between May 2-3rd.

The Nepal team will consist of the following members:

Pastor Gary Kusunoki from Calvary Chapel San Juan Capistrano

Pastor Tim Wylie from Parakletos Internationaland Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa

Pastor Trent Douglass from Calvary Chapel Saving Grace and Saving Grace World Missions

Pastor Sam Tallmon from Calvary Chapel of the Sierra

I will also be on the team representing Calvary Chapel WestGrove and Promise Child

Each of these team members are bringing 1 or 2 additional ministry workers with us as well.

Our goal will be to first minister to our own missionaries on the ground in Kathmandu, and then to assess the situation so relief teams can begin to use our campus to reach those in need. Of course, we will look for open doors for the gospel to be preached.

Again, relief funds have been set up through Promise Child Ministries and also through Saving Grace World Missions. 100% of all donations will go directly to the relief effort in Nepal.

We have a team stateside that you can contact with any questions or for additional information while our team is on the ground in Nepal
