Seek First the Kingdom of God

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Matthew 6:33 says:

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

God is fulfilling this verse in our lives. Therefore, we are pleased to convey our heartfelt thanks to the almighty God for His protection and provisions in our lives. Also, we would like to thank each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. Your partnership in the ministry is greatly appreciated. As a family, we have been remembering you in our daily thoughts and prayers. May God keep you safe and bless you in your job and business.

Our Daughter Is Part of the Worship Team

Recently, I was able to talk with Mr. S.K. (40-year-old Roman Catholic). He is very much concerned about his job. I got an opportunity to share about the importance of salvation by quoting Acts 4:12:

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

He was very happy to listen to such teaching and he said “we are unaware of many biblical truths because our priests never teach them.” Overall, it was a good conversation.

In our family devotions we are studying from the book of Revelation. Apart from my personal Bible study, I have been reading a book called “How to be a Christian in an Unchristian World” by Fritz Ridenour. My wife is studying from the book of Isaiah and my daughter is memorizing Bible verses and has become part of the church worship team.

I preach in our local church and also visit local families to share the Gospel with them and pray for them.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please for the salvation of Mr. S.K. (He is a 40-year-old Roman Catholic).
  • Please pray for our nation- that God may save this country. Lately, new believers are being persecuted in different parts of the country. Pray that God may strengthen them in their faith.
  • Kindly pray for my wife. She is working in a school. May the Lord use her for the expansion of His kingdom. Please pray also for me and my family to grow more in the Word of God.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth and needs of our local Church.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

We Walk By Faith

Dear Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I give all glory and honor to our Lord Jesus for showering His abundant grace and mercy upon our family. Thank you, dear prayer partners and financial sponsors, for your valuable prayers and support. We remember you all in our daily thoughts and prayers. May the grace of God be with you all in every aspect of your life.

Gradually, our country is beginning to unlock. Fresh covid cases are slowing down after the devastating second wave of the virus. Some states have started to ease their curfews or lockdown type restrictions amid a gradual decline in cases. However, several other states have decided to continue with the restrictions longer.

In our family devotion we are studying from the book of Revelation. Apart from my personal Bible study, I have been reading a book called, “How to be a Christian in an unchristian world” by Fritz Ridenour. My wife is studying from the book of Isaiah and my daughter is studying from the book of Genesis and also memorizing Bible verses.

Last month, we moved our office to a new location. Now, we are meeting daily in our office together. Along with our office work, we share and discuss what we have learned from the Bible, correct each other in the Lord, and pray together.

I got opportunity to share God’s Word at a family gathering. It was a blessing both to share and listen to others.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please for all of whom I interacted with last month. May God touch their hearts so that someday they come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Please pray for our nation–that God may save this country. Also, these days, new believers are been persecuted in different parts of our country, pray that God may strengthen them in their faith.
  • Please pray for me and my family to grow more in the Word of God.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local church.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

Standing on God’s Promises

Hello Dear Pastors and Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

The government of our country is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are well prepared to face the challenge and threat posed by the growing pandemic of COVID-19, the Corona Virus. But, ultimately, God is our protector. The Bible says in Nahum 1:7 “The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him.” By God’s grace we are blessed with sound health and our daily needs. We have been praying for all of you, dear ministry partners. May God bless you all according to His riches and glory.

In our family devotion we are studying the book of Revelation. Apart from my personal Bible study, I have been reading a book called, “How to be a Christian in an unChristian World” by Fritz Ridenour. My wife is studying the book of Isaiah and my daughter is memorizing Bible verses.

Mr. P.M.

Last month, my daughter’s new school semester started. Now, online classes are going on. My wife also goes to school and conducts online classes.

I had the opportunity to share the Gospel to Mr. P.M. who is a village registrar/accountant. It was a good time interacting with him.

We had a small family gathering during a house warming at a relative’s house. It was a blessing to share and also listen to others share.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for all the people whom I interacted with last month. May God touch their hearts so that someday they come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Please pray for our nation–that God may save this country. Also, that God may heal this nation from the Corona virus.
  • Please pray for Mrs. BD, her family has land trouble.
  • Please pray for me and my family–that we may grow in the Word of God.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local church.

Blessings,

Pastor 3* and Family

The Lord Give Thee Peace

Hello Dear Pastors and Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Studying God’s Word

“Everyone needs to stay home. Only go out if absolutely necessary to pick up necessary items.” Following such Covid protocols has changed our lifestyle. But, when we spend time with the Lord we find hope and protection as the Bible says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.” (Hebrews 12:2a). By God’s grace we are blessed and safe. We have been praying for you all dear prayer partners. May God bless you all abundantly.

Apart from my personal Bible study, I finished reading the book “Your Mind Matters” by John R.W. Stott. I learned why the use of the mind is so important and how it applies to practical aspects of the Christian life. Now a days, in our family devotion we are studying book of Revelation.

My wife got the opportunity to share at a women’s fellowship virtually.

Last month my wife got the opportunity to share God’s Word in a women’s fellowship through a virtual meeting. Our daughter is memorizing Bible verses daily, learning how to drive a motorbike, and cooking.

Pastor 15* is a great blessing to me. Whenever I have doubts or anything I want to understand about a Bible verse, I can reach him anytime. Every day we have an online staff meeting (we do Bible learning, discussion, correction and prayer together).

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for me and my family so that we may grow in the Lord.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local Church.
  • Please pray for our house plans to get approved by the municipal office and for the construction of a house.

Finding Grace In These Uncertain Times

Hello Dear Pastors and Ministry Partners,

Greetings to you all in Jesus name!

Sharing From God’s Word

We are currently living in uncertain times with the outbreak of COVID-19. During times like this, our faith can be challenged. But when we spend our time with the Lord, read the Word of God, and take some time to quietly reflect on the words, we find hope. The Bible says;

“Let us us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

(Hebrews 4:16).

By God’s grace, we all are doing fine. We assure you all, dear prayer partners, that we are praying for you and your family. May God bless you all in every aspect of your life.

Sunday Worship Service

We have been conducting online church services, but many of our believers are unable to attend because of internet issues. These days we are not able to go out and meet our church believers because of the complete lock-down. However, through phone calls we encourage them from God’s Word and pray with them.

We got a phone call from a Hindu woman who lives in a different place. She recently lost her father due to Covid-19. She asked us to pray for her health. My wife shared from the Word of God and we prayed for her.

Prayer Requests:

Please Pray for Our Country
  • Please pray for U.S. For the past two years she has been suffering from headaches and body pain.
  • Please pray for N.S. She is paralyzed.
  • Please pray for the salvation and healing of A. (Hindu lady). May God heal her completely.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local church.
  • Please pray for our house plans to receive approval from the municipal office and for the construction of a house.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

Great Is the Lord

Dear pastors and ministry partners, Greetings to you all in Jesus name!
We praise God because He is worthy of praise. As King David said, “I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name forever and ever. Every day I will praise you and extol your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom.” (Psalm 145:1-3).
Thank you so much for your partnership in the ministry. We remember you and your family in our daily thoughts and prayers. May God bless you all in every aspect of your lives.

Experts point out that lock-downs will once again destroy livelihoods and squeeze the economy. Because Covid-19 cases have been on the rise, on March 21 the central government reported approximately 47,000 cases. In other words, our country’s confirmed cases have risen 4.5 times since the low point of February. For this reason, public gatherings have been prohibited in our state. Because of this, once again we have started having our church service online.

Covid Testing

Last month, a relative of one of the believers from our church came for prayer. She was from a village. I got a chance to share the Gospel of Christ before I prayed for her.

Also, one day I went to the store to purchase some items. While I was there, the store owner asked me the importance of Easter and Good Friday. It was a joy to share the Gospel with him. It’s my prayer that someday he and his family may come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Our Daughter Was Promoted to 8th Grade

My daughter’s results on her final exams have been released. She has been promoted to 8th grade. By God’s grace, we all are doing fine. We appreciate your prayers.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for the woman who came for prayer. For the past two years she has been suffering from headaches and body pain.
  • Please pray for the salvation of the grocery store owner, since he has now heard the Gospel of Christ.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local Church.
  • Please pray for our house plans to receive approval from the municipal office and for the construction of a house.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

Privileged to Serve the Lord

Greetings to you all, in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Sharing God’s Word at the Wedding

We are so privileged to serve the Lord in this nation. God has been enabling us to meditate on His Living Word every day. The Bible says:

“But whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on His law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither, whatever they do prospers (Psalms 1:2-3).”

Every day we are blessed by His Word. Thank you so much for your partnership in the ministry. We remember you and your family in our daily thoughts and prayers. May God bless you all in every aspect of your lives.

I was privileged to share God’s Word during one of our church believer’s marriage ceremony. There were non-believers there who heard the Gospel.

Both Believers and Non-Believers Heard God’s Word

These days we are working on editing the Bible Commentary in our national language. At the same time, I am doing personal evangelism. I visit local families and share the Gospel with them and pray for them.

By the grace of God, one of our relatives gave us a small piece of land to build a house on.

Last month, my wife was suffering with migraine headaches. After getting an eye check-up, she has been taking medicine. Also, my daughter is preparing for her final exam in school.

Prayer Requests:

My Wife’s Eye Exam
  • Please pray for the salvation of the people who heard the Gospel at the wedding.
  • Please pray for the salvation of Lamon* family (who are Catholic). They have now heard the Gospel of Christ.
  • Kindly pray for the Bible commentary editing project. May God give us His wisdom and knowledge so that we can understand and edit well.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local church.
  • Please pray of my wife. May God use in her at school to glorify His name.
  • Please pray for us to get approval of our house plans from the municipal office, and for the construction of a house for us.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!

His Promises Never Fail

Greetings to you all, in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We give all glory and honor to God Almighty: for His protection, His provision and how He enables us to fulfill His will through our lives. Also, we would like to thank each one of you for your sacrificial partnership in the ministry. As a family, we have been constantly praying for you and your family. May our gracious God bless you all abundantly and provide you with good health. It is always good to center ourselves on the Word of God and position ourselves firmly on His promises. As we know, COVID-19 affected more than ten million people in our country. Because of that, we massively faced health, economic, social, and educational issues. It has also affected our ministry opportunities–such as reaching the unreached with the Gospel of Christ. However, God helped us to start having wonderful church services on January 1st.

Sharing at a School to Motivate the Teachers in Christ and Share about Salvation

I was privileged to visit a high school in our town to motivate the teachers and share about salvation. Lately, we have also been working on Bible commentary editing in the national language.

Visiting Relatives

By the grace of God, we could visit some of the families. We encouraged them through the Word of God and prayed for them.

Prayer Requests:

  • Do continue to pray for the Curry* Village believers. May God establish strong faith in their hearts, so that they will be able to face all of the challenges.
  • Please pray for the school staff, who I shared the Gospel with, to have a salvation experience.
  • Kindly pray for the Bible commentary editing project. May God give us His wisdom and knowledge to understand and edit well.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local church.
  • Please pray for me and my family. May God use us in an effective way for the expansion of His kingdom.

No Matter What

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

My Wife and I Singing at Church

We Praise God for His mighty protection and provision in our lives. We thank God for each one of you and for your partnership in the ministry. As a family, we have been remembering you in our daily thoughts and prayers. May God keep you safe and give you sound health. May He prosper you in your job and business.

The month of December always brings excitement. The weather is colder; so people spend more time at home preparing for Christmas and the New Year. These celebrations are the biggest ones in the whole year, so we usually don’t miss out. But this year we cancelled some of the public events because of Covid-19.

During the past month, our Church believers from Curry* Village faced opposition from villagers. On December 20th, the believers were called for a village meeting. Many questions were asked to the believers publicly, but by God’s grace they strongly faced the challenges. Eventually, all the believers were excommunicated. Now they are not allowed to work in the village. Yet, they are strong in their faith.

Watch Night (New Years Eve) Service

We celebrated Christmas and had a wonderful Watch Night (New Years Eve) Service with our believers and family in our church.

Spending Time With Visiting Family

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law’s families visited us. We had a wonderful time with them. God helped us to encourage and pray for the believers during house visits.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for the believers in Curry* Village–that God may establish strong faith in their hearts, so that they may be able to face all of the challenges.
  • Do continue to pray for the growth of our local Church.
  • Please pray for me and my family–may God use us in an effective way for the expansion of His kingdom.

No Other Name

Greetings to you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We are so pleased to convey our heartfelt thanks to the Creator of this universe, as the Bible says in Colossians 1:16. Also, we would like to thank each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. Your partnership in the ministry enables us to move forward to share the good news of Jesus Christ to this unsaved nation. As a family we have been remembering you in our daily thoughts and prayers. May God keep you safe and sound and also prosper you in your job and business.

Condolence Service Where I Shared the Gospel

I met with Mani* (a 40-year-old Hindu man). He is addicted to alcohol. I got an opportunity to share the love of Jesus by saying that, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12. Overall it was a good interaction.

Last month one of our church members (a 60 year-old woman), went to be with the Lord. She has family members who are also believers and attend our local church. I got the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus during a condolence meeting with the grieved extended family.

We had a wonderful family fellowship in one of our uncle’s house. It was a good time to pray together and go for an outing.

As a routine, I am teaching a weekly online Bible study on the Gospel of Matthew for new believers and friends. We visited some of the families and prayed for them

Our Church Member’s Funeral Service

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for Mani*. Pray that God’s Word may take root in his heart and that he will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • Kindly pray for our Wednesday online Bible study. Pray that God may help us to reach unreached people with the Gospel of Christ Jesus during the pandemic.
  • Please pray for me and my family. May God use us in an effective way for His glory.

Thank you very much for your prayers and support!
